It is sweeter than silver. It is the same sweetness as Kinjaku. The aroma is moderate. There is not so much acidity, but there is a certain amount of bitterness. When poured into a glass, it has a faint golden color. Beautiful.

Ginpu. Sake Musashi. Bizen Omachi. This is the third kind. But the difference is not so good. What they all have in common is a gorgeous aroma. It tastes good. If I had to say, the aroma is more like pineapple...what is it?

A souvenir from my parents' house. It was served lukewarm. It has the same characteristic mellow aroma as the special junmai. As the temperature drops, the sweetness peeks out.

Banana aroma. Sweetness is moderate (the fact that I drank it after the Hanayo was also a big influence). Characterized by bitterness and a softness. It is good even during a meal. When you drink it with Ori, it's a good Senkou snowball ⁉︎!

I was able to buy it. I went so far as to pick it up at Koyama Shoten before, but I gave up crying because I was bound to buy only a four-pack bottle. The pineapple is just as it is rumored to be. Great aroma. Just the right amount of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. It has a nice sharpness that doesn't linger in the mouth. It's so delicious.

Good balance of sweetness, bitterness and acidity. The acidity is not too assertive, even though I thought it might be more pronounced. Personally, I think it would be tasty even if it were more acidic, but the refreshing aftertaste will not be a problem with any dishes.

It was snowing in Tokyo. I opened this sake on such a night. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. The yellowish color is beautiful. I didn't mix the ori today. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change when I mix it. Tomorrow I will make it snow at home.

Delicious. The regular snowman was not as sweet as I expected, and I personally did not like it; the UA snowman has the same bitterness and aroma of the snowman, but with a darker sweetness that I quite like.

This, this, this. Modern sake. Sweet, fruity and tangy. A lingering bitterness. It is delicious on its own without disturbing the meal. No peculiarities. Inexpensive. Tasty. It is a good sake.
