Gorgeous pineapple aroma.
The taste is a rampant sweet and sour that is hardly beautiful.
This is a cup where you can enjoy the characteristics of CEL-24!
.
The taste is unquestionably delicious.
It is light on the palate, yet sweet and tasty. It has a nice sharpness that quickly recedes. It's a difference in quality.
.
The aroma is discreetly fruity.
Stronger isoamyl acetate type image than Cap (felt bitter? I need to check it sober).
I had the impression that I might not like it at the smell stage, but it is still Mimuro cedar. It is a very refreshing scent that goes away quickly, but it has a coolness to it. It reminded me of turquoise blue.
The rice polishing ratio is 60%, but it is satisfying on its own, and considering the price, I felt it is a really good sake to have on hand!

Gorgeous ginjo aroma (pineapple).
The aroma is strong and the sweetness is robust!
I think it goes well with strongly seasoned dishes.
.
Personally, I would like to have a little more acidity, but it is a great value for money at less than 2,000 yen.

Typical of light, dry wines.
I was less impressed than the Kurobakuren I drank before.
I would like to drink it with Sashimi soaked in soy sauce.......lol

Discreet honey-like aroma.
Pluminess found in Shinsei and Kaze no Mori Alpha1DRY.
Slightly thickened and dark sweetness. I felt a stronger sweetness than Denshogiku.
It became my favorite brand.

Compare with Tanaka Rokugo.
Standard Junmai sake with good balance.
Aroma of 55% polished rice is moderate. I had it cold this time, but I would like to have it lukewarm to super-heated with oden!

The flavor is overwhelming.
But looking at the production date, I feel it still has a lot of potential...
It's a shame that I drank up all the Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai last time I was here... I want to drink this brand at home!
Katsikoma as last week.
I didn't feel any smoked sake that I felt last time.
Stable Katsuma. It is a treasure trove of umami and tastes free of any other flavors!
Sparkling as usual!
I felt a peculiar bitterness as it is called dry. Dry! It's more like bitterness! But it is not unpleasant.
It is a light sake, but it is different from the light sake I have had before. It was a little bit mature sake.
I wonder what that pluminess I felt in the Niimasa sake is... lol.

Is this really junmai sake?
Mild rummy aroma (mixed with lactic acidity). Light on the palate, with little umami for a junmai sake. It has a sharp but mellow taste. It is the kind of sake that you can't stop guzzling. It does not give the impression of being dry, but it is good as a food sake.
.
All of the items are very restrained, so I would recommend this brand to those who are not good at sake.
Later, I had it heated to human body temperature. The sweetness and umami of the rice increased. It was light on the palate, so I enjoyed it even though I am not a fan of heated sake!

The aroma is of capsicum, apple, and pineapple.
Perhaps it was because I drank Furozumi just before, but I felt the aroma was more pronounced.
The balance is very good, with just the right amount of rice flavor.

Mild scent compared to Hana Yokuyo.
Capsicum type aroma. Mouthfeel is like a light plum wine. A juwattiness that I have never felt before.
The aftertaste is not uncomfortable, and the umami resonates for a long time.
It is full-bodied.

Hard-to-find brand. I compared it with Shinsei No.6 S.
This is already a pineapple.
It has a smooth but refreshing taste.
It has a lingering aftertaste, but it is moderate compared to Shinsei.
