. The Man on Fire This sake has its roots in Mitsui Kotobuki. A favorite brand of Slam Dunk author Takehiko Inoue. It has a body and a classic flavor. I went with cold this time, but I would like to drink it warmed with dashi dishes.

. As an amateur, my review may differ from others. Personally, I found the sake to be distinctive! The heady aroma is a rather subdued muscat. The overt aroma is strong and full with a grain-like umami flavor (different from the aroma found in old or mellow sake). It is sweet and has a strong umami, with a bitter aftertaste. For an amateur like myself, it had a distinctive flavor! I will learn a little more about it and drink the same brand next year to compare. lol ★ 7.0/10
