. Slight ginjo aroma (vinegary iso-type melon). Slightly effervescent and smooth flavor. I don't think there is any other sake that fits the expression "refreshing" so well. You can enjoy it in large gulps. . 7.5/10 7.5/10

. Compared with the unfiltered draft. The aroma was stronger than that of the unfiltered draft, perhaps due to the sake container, but the taste was more crisp and clear. I prefer the unfiltered draft in terms of its characteristics, but the hi-ire is also delicious.

. We had the luxury of comparing it with a fire-aged version. The juiciness unique to Shinshu Kamerei stands out with a strong sense of effervescence. . Okazaki Sake Brewery, which brews Shinshu Kamerei, is now selling only four-pack bottles of draft sake. Shinsei, Aburacho, and others have been doing the same thing for some time, and I wonder if more and more sake breweries will do this in the future.

. The second trip to a business trip. I don't know if it was junmai or junmai ginjo, but it was really good. I was looking for this juiciness. I want to buy a 4-ounce bottle and drink it slowly at home.

. A cup to compare on a business trip. I had an image of Aruzoe as refreshing, but I found it to be sweet and plum-like. I liked it because it wasn't too bitter. After that, I drank two cups.

. One of the drinks of the business trip drinking comparison. It was a refreshing type and had no outstanding characteristics among the three types. I regret that I couldn't have it as a food sake because of all the sake we had that day.

. A glass on a business trip. It was a light nigorigo jungin sake with a sweet taste that lingers on the tongue. It was not fresh, as it seems to be a sake that is released in January every year, but it was delicious. I wonder if it tastes even better right after opening the bottle. I prefer it to Kuroryu Daiginjo. After that, we drank 1 gou of it.

. Ripe fruit-like ginjo aroma (melon, peach) with strong effervescence. Sweet and refreshing. As with all Mimuro Sugi, I really like the expression of lingering flavors that do not linger, and the good balance! . 7.5/10

. Gorgeous capped ginjo aroma (pineapple). Slightly effervescent and unctuous sweetness. The taste reminds me of Hououmida's first bottling. I would like to drink a small quantity a little at a time. . 7.0/10 7.0/10

. Beginning of new sake. The aroma is a banana scent of vinegar iso. It has a slight effervescence, exquisite acidity and umami, and a sweetness that is juicy. I really like Jikin.

. A cup of sake. I brought this for warming sake, but it was well received by the Junmai sake lovers and they drank it cold. It was not enough to be heated up to human body temperature, but it could be heated up to the highest temperature. It is not so much Yamahai as it is a very well-balanced sake!
