. As an amateur, my review may differ from others. Personally, I found it to be a distinctive sake! The nose was quite subdued, with a full aroma of grain-like flavor (different from the aroma found in old or mellow sake), and a stronger hint of fragrance. It was different from the general ginjo aroma. It is sweet with a strong umami flavor and a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. The lingering aroma after drinking also had a grain-like aroma, which for an amateur like me, was a distinctive flavor! I will learn a little more about it and drink the same brand next year to compare. I will try the same brand next year for comparison.

. The aroma is discreetly fruity. Stronger isoamyl acetate type image than Cap (felt bitter? I need to check it sober). I had the impression that I might not like it at the smell stage, but it is still Mimuro cedar. It is a very refreshing scent that goes away quickly, but it has a coolness to it. It reminded me of turquoise blue. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, but it is satisfying on its own, and considering the price, I felt it is a really good sake to have on hand! 7.5/10

. Discreet honey-like aroma. Pluminess found in Shinsei and Kaze no Mori Alpha1DRY. Slightly thickened and dark sweetness. I felt a stronger sweetness than Denshogiku. It became my favorite brand. . 8.0/10
