My latest brand I'm into, Black Beef 🐃❗
This Junmai sake has a fruity aroma of Omachi-like rice on the nose, but on the palate it is crisp and quite dry with no lingering aftertaste ⚔️But the Kurogyu's ability is that it always leaves the necessary umami in the middle of the fragrance! 🔥🔥🔥.
This time I had it by itself, but I think it would be excellent with a meal ☺️.
