Opened my first 2 lots of Motosaka Sake Brewery's new brand KINO🍶.
It was in a sake grab bag and I'm new to this brand ☺️.
Overall impression is of a matured, strong-bodied, umami type ✨.
It's not fruity on the palate, but has a strong rice flavor that would go well with thicker stewed dishes 😋.
I want to drink it while savoring it slowly!
