Tsuchida's Kimoto!
As is typical of Mr. Tsuchida's creative sake making, the sourness derived from lactic acid bacteria stands out! However, the distinctive Kimoto flavor is kept to a minimum... it's refreshing and easy to drink.
It is recommended to drink cold or lukewarm, but by far the warmed version is the best! I would recommend everyone to warm up their sake!
