The aroma is very elegant and fruity. The label is beautiful and the degree of origami is nice and subtle. The taste was delicious with a clean aftertaste.
The aroma is mild and the balance between sweetness and acidity is very good. It is refreshing with just the right amount of fizz. It was delicious.

Nanbu Bijin had an image of stable umami, but this one is vivid and jumps out at you with its acidity. It has a sharp taste typical of new sake. Even after opening the bottle, the flavor changes every day.
I was looking forward to it again this year. Have my tastes changed, or is it more sour than last year? It has a fresh aroma and a clean sweetness. It has a strong acidity and a cohesive taste.
There was not much fizz, probably because it was purchased and left for three weeks. It was full of freshness and refreshing sweetness, with a touch of bitterness towards the end. It was a seasonal bottle.
This is my first brand, which happens to be a limited edition sake. It is also the first time for me to try Akigeshiki, rice. It is said to be a sake made with local ingredients. It had a not-too-strong fruity aroma, a tight sweetness, and a refreshing throat feel. It was delicious.
The sake was delicious.
Like the standard Hakurakusei, it has no aroma. However, its umami (flavor) is more strongly felt due to the orikara flavor. The clean and fresh feeling is impressive.
It is limited to the winter season from November to February. Otters also have new and unpasteurized sake, don't they? The taste was consistent and delicious as usual.
I was so shocked by the fizziness last year that I bought it again this year. It did not have the same shwizziness as last year, but I enjoyed the strong nigori.
SNOW XMAS, which I couldn't afford last year, has a refreshing aroma, weak effervescence, and good origami clarity. A little sweet, but also tart and very uplifting.
