Haste
It is a low-alcohol sake at 13°C. It seems to be made with an elaborate method of brewing, using mizu-hashiroshi (water-base) brewing and no added yeast. The aroma is not impressive, but it has a sweetness and a strong acidity, which, combined with the orikara appearance, gives it a yogurt-like taste.
