It is refreshing, appropriately fizzy, and slightly pungent without being sweet. It is not stimulating, perhaps due to the cloudy nature of the sake. The dragonfly mark also has a deep meaning, which is a policy of the brewery that I can sympathize with.

A sake to support the Noto Peninsula earthquake recovery. The aroma is subdued. It has a refreshing and fresh impression on the palate. I think it is sweet for Hakurakusei. The illustration by Yoshitomo Nara is very cute. It is nice to see the Tohoku color in the front. ☺️

I wanted to try Etsukaijin and was not sure of the type, so I was lucky that it happened to be a popular sake that I purchased. The aroma was sour and peculiar. The taste was a complex mixture of sourness and bitterness. I thought it was an adult's sake that you could feel the depth of it the more you drank it.

I bought it because it was a commemoration of the completion of the American brewery and I happened to come across it. It's 50% domestic Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%, the difference is the water and alcohol content. Can you tell the difference in the brewing water from the Hudson Valley, New York? In conclusion, it was as aromatic, rich, sweet and soft as previous Otters... I could not tell the difference. I hope they continue to produce sake with consistent good taste both in Japan and in the U.S. ★★★

I thought that if I went to Yamanashi, I should buy Shichiken, so I bought it at a liquor store in Kofu City. It was the most cost-effective of all the Shichiken brands. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot and the sake became equal in temperature to the outside air when I carried it to my hotel. The aroma was subdued and the taste was sweet and soft. We enjoyed it until the end without getting tired of it.
