Personal Assessment ★★★★☆ First time I've had Aizan sake! Not sure if it's because of the difference in sake rice, but it's full-bodied and has a strong sweetness 🍶. Personal Evaluation ★★★☆☆☆ I knew the name but had never seen the brand... I happened to find it and bought it out of curiosity✨. The taste is heavy, starting with a strong sweetness and ending with a strong bitterness👍This is not at all like the sweet, easy-drinking, light sake that is so common these days! Personal Evaluation ★★★☆☆☆ Only a few more days left on my sake tour around Japan... Today, we will have a sake from Kagawa Prefecture✨. Quite a unique cup 🍶. It has a strong acidity, and I don't think it has the sweetness or bitterness that is typical of sake... I guess I should think of it more as a lactic acid drink than a sake 😀. My impression of it was that it was easy to drink, with no habits, and an aftertaste that was alcoholic but not bothersome... It was a good learning experience✨.
