Only a few more days left on my sake tour around Japan...
Today, we will have a sake from Kagawa Prefecture✨.
Quite a unique cup 🍶.
It has a strong acidity, and I don't think it has the sweetness or bitterness that is typical of sake...
I guess I should think of it more as a lactic acid drink than a sake 😀.
I guess there are different tastes...
