It smells like peaches and sweet 🥰 with just the right amount of bitterness to kick it up a notch.

This sake was released at the sake event "Craft Sake Week 2024" hosted by Hidetoshi Nakata and received a great response....

The drink has a fine, slightly carbonated flavor with a slight puchi-puchi taste! Aroma like apples?
Fresh acidity and umami, with a light bitterness.
It was a very refreshing summer sake. ☀️
