Asahi rice? 🤔 Research shows that Asahi is a rare species of rice grown in Okayama Prefecture that has not been artificially bred, and is the ancestor of Koshihikari and Sasanishiki. It also seems to be known as an excellent edible rice that sushi chefs and chefs at high-class restaurants nominate, but it takes a lot of time and effort to cultivate, and the number of producers has decreased so much that it is also called "phantom rice". Anyway, it is said to be a delicious rice. Well, how about the sake 🤔? Oh! First comes the attack of strong acidity typical of Sengoku. Then a pleasant sweetness, followed by a gentle astringency to finish 😊. The sake is also good! The label on the back says "limited brewing" and I don't know what is limited about it, but it makes me think "I have to buy it ❕", "limited" is the most tempting word 😍.

The label on the back says "# class of the class girls # dazzling aura" and that's exactly what it is 🤣. I could understand why everyone rated it so highly 😁 It was delicious 😊. I can't help but wonder how they can get such an aroma and taste from rice🤔.

It seems that you can drink Mikami sake anytime, so let's drink it before something bad happens! Let's get the divine power! Power❗️ It has little aroma and sweetness. It is like old-fashioned sake. The moment I drank it, I remembered the first time my senior took me to a food stall when I was young. He said, "Oden, just the way you like it. And warmed sake." Dad: "Yes, please." はちべえHello! KOUEIGIKU is a lightly cloudy version of Aizan! KOUEIGIKU Aizan is available in two types this year: Sumi-shu (clear sake) and Usunigori (light nigori), and the way to distinguish them is that the crown of Sumi-shu is gold and the crown of Usunigori is silver. I didn't know that when I bought it, and they look exactly the same! I couldn't tell the difference 🤣. Then, I poured it slowly into a glass and drank only the top clear liquid.... Nice aroma like muscat ☺️Petite and strong acidity 😊. Next I slowly stirred and mixed the oli and drank it. Oh! The sweetness, umami, and mellowness of the rice increased, and the harmony with the sourness is exquisite❗️Uh, yum 😍. Kouei Kiku really tastes good no matter which one you drink ‼️. I had heard that Chiebijin is fruity and delicious, so I had high expectations 😁. Refreshing 🎶 aroma like fresh apples. Gentle rice sweetness and beautiful acidity✨It's sweet but goes down easy 😃. I will continue to enjoy learning from your posts 🙇♂️. Next time, I'm aiming for 100 check-ins💯! Now, here is Ohroku from Shimane Prefecture🍶🍶. Pouring it into a glass, it is golden and beautiful. The taste is sour and bitter at first, but then the rich flavor rushes in. It's the first time I️ drank it, but it has a great sense of maturity. I had always been curious about Haneya but had never had a chance to drink it, but when I was looking for which Haneya I should choose for my hometown tax return, I found it ❕ and clicked 👆🏼 immediately. And it was a set of 2 bottles (;//́Д/̀/)'`a'`a! They arrived in cool delivery 🚚. First of all, a sparkling fire. The aroma is a mild ginjo aroma☺️something soothing. On the palate, there is a slight effervescence and the umami of the rice fills the mouth 😚. The alcohol is not low at 16 degrees, and the rice flavor is also sufficient, but in a good way, it feels light as a feather 🪶. It is not flashy, but it is consistently delicious 🍶. The pop-up that said "Sake like wine" made me think "no matter how much wine yeast is used, it can't be like wine❗️"... I totally flagged 🏁️. One sip (gulp) "Meh, it's like wine ‼️eep‼️". I looked at the bottle several times and there is no doubt that the item is "sake" and the ingredients are "rice and rice malt" 🍶. はちべえIki na hakarai," which even "Yokoyama" fans may not be familiar with. This is a Junmai Ginjo from Shigeya Shuzo, the brewer of "Yokoyama". The name "Yokoyama" is right on the bottle. It is a locally distributed brand sold only in supermarkets called Elena in Nagasaki Prefecture (part of Saga Prefecture). The aroma is mild. There is a peculiar petitiveness characteristic of nama-shu. From there, it has a rounded, mango-y sweetness! It is rich, juicy and delicious. When you come to Nagasaki, please stop by not only Huistenbosch, sake shops and breweries, but also Elena. Rare sake "Ikinahakarai" is available. Now, the fourth photo is of Saga's balloon that came to Nagasaki. "Daddy, I want to ride in a balloon!" Leave it to me! I'll take care of it, girls! So, from 5:30 in the morning, Dad stood alone in line to buy tickets for the balloon ride! He got the tickets safely, clutched them, and waited for his family to arrive as he watched the balloon grow bigger and bigger... The balloon was flapping wildly in the wind...
