Abe Sirius We've been waiting for it! One that I've been waiting for to come in*. Sirius by Oinuza, I like the other stars in the series, but this Sirius* is my favorite, this intense effervescence and sweet-sourness shines through! First of all, opening the bottle before tasting is a hard task, but since it starts at -5℃, it took only about 20 seconds to open*. The aroma is sweet and sour like plum and rice! I can't get enough of this shwishy feeling! The sweet and sourness of the aroma spreads, and the taste is very pleasant*. It's great because it's easy to drink in the hot summer! The problem is that the capacity is only 500!

Kuramoto R1 Encountered at Tatsumi Dungeon in Ginza*. The clerk told me that it is made like Bodai yeast and has more acidity than SE. He said, "It has more acidity than SE. I thought, "Ah, this is the style I like," and bought it immediately*. Kuramoto's SE used to be 4mmp of the Muscat! It had the look of white wine. This R1 has a full-bodied acidity, more lush and lactic than Muscat, with a green apple calpis-like aroma*. The aftertaste is short*. I found this kind of expression of acidity to be very interesting, and I thought that this kind of acidic strain suits my palate*.

Fumotwi Summer Jungin Encountered at the Horikoshi dungeon, I bought several bottles of Fumotoi because it is my recommended brand*. The aroma is very different from that of Shumon Tokusen, which is also made from the same raw yeast, with a light apple-like aroma, little sweetness and acidity, and a very refreshing taste! It has a light apple-like aroma, less sweetness and sourness, and is very refreshing! The light blue label makes it a pleasant summer sake*.

Fumotwi Shumotwi Shumotwi Tokusen Kimoto Tokusen Junmai Dewanosato A draft version of one of my personal favorites found in the Horikoshi dungeon! I couldn't resist buying two bottles! Yes, and 10 seconds after I took this picture, my hand slipped and the unopened bottle cracked: 。。。。 I wanted to die, but then I got myself together and tasted it with all my heart*. It still has the acidity of a sake yeast yeast and the sweetness of a sake with a sake strength of -8, and it is sweet and acidic, and I love it*. It is sweet but not dull, juicy and exciting*. The aftertaste is also pleasant with a soft acidity*. This is the kind of sake that goes well with my body*. And the design of the label is also captivating*.

Bisho Special Junmai Summer Sake Purchased on the recommendation of a cute shopkeeper at the beloved Horikoshi Dungeon*. I drank it thinking Kochi sake must be spicy, but it's not as dry as I thought. It has a light melon-like aroma and a strong sense of sweetness. The sharpness is good. It was drier than the sake I usually drink, but I was glad to try a sake I wouldn't have chosen myself. This sake also goes well with the firefly squid sumizo*.

Kikusen Ginjo-shu Encountered at Akimoto Dungeon in Komae. Another brand of Nishida Shuzo, which makes Tasake. It is alky and dry with a hint of sweetness from the rice. The price is surprisingly cheap at 1,100 yen, and since it tastes like this, it is amazing* I felt the company's effort. It matched the firefly squid sumo-zukuri that we received as a gift*.

Kouei Chrysanthemum Sunburst One of my expedition to Kakinuma in Kohoku* Oh no, it was hot... hot walking from the monorail station... hot... hot... hot... hot... hot. I heard it was called "sunburst" because of the acid burst, but it wasn't even a burst. It was rather moderate*. It's refreshingly sour and has a citrusy acidity! It's more grapefruit than lemon, and the reason why it's grapefruit is because it contains acidity and bitterness. It has a similar flavor to that of beetles, but there is a mineral bitterness in the aftertaste that tightens the taste*. Sunburst, as a summer drink, Suki!

Rice and Agape Hops A bottle recommended by a sake friend in the Oboro dungeon*. I hadn't tasted much dobrok, but this balance of hop bitterness, petit fizz, floral and lychee-like aroma, and porridge-like rice violence is strangely delicious*. Interesting that it matches the hops moderately well. If only the price were a little lower, I'd consider this a repeat purchase*.

Tasake Junmai Ginjo Comet Right? It's Char's exclusive rice wine, right? The rice is Comet, and the label is clearly a mono eye of a red aircraft, right? And they really collaborated with McDonald's, didn't they? There's not much aroma, if I had to say, it's more like a light melon, with a noticeable alcohol aroma. The attack is mild and smooth. It doesn't have the usual richness of Tasake, it's much drier and has a beautiful sweetness of rice, not fruity. It is also dry and has a sharpness to it. I wonder if this area is Shah's exclusive Tasake - lol Honestly, I'm glad I tasted it first because the spicy dabochi is so hot that I can't taste the rice wine.

Beau Michelle Snow fantasy in summer I bought a bottle recommended by a friend of mine at Oboro dungeon in Shinbashi, and also bought a bottle of Inabe and Agave Hop Dobrok, and 🐈. It's low alcohol, effervescent, slightly sour, and sweet with a hint of ogeda, so it's kind of 🐸tic. I like the taste, just as you recommended. Be careful, because it manages to get manna easily. It spills a little, so be careful. It's not the taste of sake anymore...in a good way!

ROOM La+YACHIYO Saito no Shizuku Fire-returned Similar in taste to Toyo Bijin's Saito no Shizuku. This one is smoother and has a milder aroma with a more suki-like flavor*. I thought the direction of Saito no Shizuku was elegant richness and light sweetness.

Collage Junmai Ginjo Banshu Aiyama The red label stood out in the showcase*. The red label is very prominent in the showcase. I also thought there was not much difference between it and the regular Junmai Ginjo. I may have a bias because it was my impression based on my memory of drinking it. However, the aroma of the first sip is a ripe melon, and the sweetness and richness are impressive. The aroma is fascinating.

Narumi Dry Junmai Light Nigori It's not Narumi, it's Naruka*. The aroma is young melon. The attack is slightly cloudy but smooth. The nose is refreshing with acidity and a slight nigori rice-like sweetness. Basically, it is moderately dry! The sharpness is very good*. What I like about NARUKA is that it is dry and not alcoholic at all*.

Abe Blue Summer Sake It's been hot since this morning* I was hoping for an Abe summer sake*. Pale, muscat and lychee-like aroma with lactic acidity, though I don't know if it's a sake brewed in a sake brewery or not. The attack is a little spicy. Sweetness and acidity are mild and cool! There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, which is accented by a slight bitterness. I think this is similar to the cool feeling of beetle, but it is 15 degrees Celsius, so if you drink it at a good pace, you will get drunk like a body blow, so be careful*.

Kangiku True Red Yumachi 50 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-shu ORIGARUMI The RED one was encountered at Oyama Dungeon (both red and white were available). The aroma is basically the same, with a light pineapple-like flavor. Fresh and spicy! This red has more of a gentle sweetness thanks to the orikara. This one also has a nice full-bodied aftertaste. The sweetness of the lees carefully envelopes the rough richness of the Omachi*.

I was thinking they only had the 1.5 liter version anymore, so thank goodness for the 4-ounce bottles* Then I found the red one at the Oyama Dungeon. Pale pineapple-like. Fresh, clean, and full-bodied. The bitterness is also light, with a nice lingering richness. The Omachi is carefully trained to express a tight and full body*.

Shinsei Nirvana tortoise 99 Shinsei Eating nirvana tortoise private Lab EXTREME 2022 Thankfully, I got this for my daughter's birthday, and it was work-related! I'm really glad that I was able to make the discovery and I'm really glad*. Since I have 16 more years until my daughter turns 20, I can't let her sleep on it, so I'll be sharing it with my wife*. I found various recipes for eating nirvana tortoise, so I will try to reproduce them. So it does not count as sake. Nirvana tortoise 99 The color is much amber. Smell like caramel and rice. The nose is oily and the aroma of rice is fragrant. The aftertaste is the taste of the dobrok nirvana tortoise from earlier. There is a certain amount of sourness, but the rice aroma is so strong that the sourness becomes hazy. I hope this sake is not sold on the market, it is enjoyable as an experimental sake with low rice polishing*. Eating Nirvana Tortoise Dishes (1) Fruit salad with kiwi, pepper and nirvana tortoise → the lactic acidity is in harmony with the kiwi. (2) Nirvana tortoise cheese with camembert and nirvana tortoise → also good with sourness and accents of cheese and pepper (3) Nirvana tortoise smoothie with banana, apple and nirvana tortoise→This is honestly the best one*! The hand towel was 🐸*.

Shinsei Ecru 2021 Oboro dungeon in Shinbashi This Ecru is slightly citrusy and lactic, not grapey or apricot. It has a fresh and crisp feel to it. The acidity is a bit pronounced, and the wine has the usual wood vat feel, but it is mild. Mild, with a light aftertaste. I like ecru among the Colors, so I've tasted many lots, and there is a wide range from cedar-like to mild in all status. It is interesting to see how different sake can be made with the same rice and the same production method.

Tamagawa ice breaker It's hot, so I'm going to open an ice breaker with a penguin on it! On the rocks, of course! It doesn't smell like melon or banana as usual, but more like dried fruit! It's strange that the flavor doesn't fade on the rocks compared to without ice. And on the rocks, the 17 degree attack can be milder. I think it's an interestingly designed sake*. Hats off to the toji, Philip Harper*.
