Fumotwi Summer Jungin
Encountered at the Horikoshi dungeon, I bought several bottles of Fumotoi because it is my recommended brand*.
The aroma is very different from that of Shumon Tokusen, which is also made from the same raw yeast, with a light apple-like aroma, little sweetness and acidity, and a very refreshing taste! It has a light apple-like aroma, less sweetness and sourness, and is very refreshing!
The light blue label makes it a pleasant summer sake*.
