Abe Blue Summer Sake
It's been hot since this morning* I was hoping for an Abe summer sake*.
Pale, muscat and lychee-like aroma with lactic acidity, though I don't know if it's a sake brewed in a sake brewery or not.
The attack is a little spicy.
Sweetness and acidity are mild and cool!
There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, which is accented by a slight bitterness.
I think this is similar to the cool feeling of beetle, but it is 15 degrees Celsius, so if you drink it at a good pace, you will get drunk like a body blow, so be careful*.
