Kouei Chrysanthemum Sunburst
One of my expedition to Kakinuma in Kohoku* Oh no, it was hot... hot walking from the monorail station... hot... hot... hot... hot... hot.
I heard it was called "sunburst" because of the acid burst, but it wasn't even a burst. It was rather moderate*.
It's refreshingly sour and has a citrusy acidity! It's more grapefruit than lemon, and the reason why it's grapefruit is because it contains acidity and bitterness.
It has a similar flavor to that of beetles, but there is a mineral bitterness in the aftertaste that tightens the taste*.
Sunburst, as a summer drink, Suki!
