Easy to drink! This is my first post here, but this is my third repeat. My wife, who likes white wine, also likes this one. We enjoy it with sashimi, seared cod roe, grilled tuna, nameko mushrooms, pickles, etc.

One of several items I acquired at Echigo-Yuzawa Station during a recent business trip. It is a powerful dish that allows you to feel the taste of rice directly on your tongue and nose. I enjoy it with grilled fish and pickles.

This is a product I bought at Echigo-Yuzawa station on a long-awaited business trip to Niigata. It has the strength of a nama sake, but is dry and rather refreshing. It is easy to drink among the nama sake. I enjoy it with sashimi, roasted cod roe, and grilled vegetables. It can be served with a wide variety of dishes.

Second post of the day. It is dry and banana type. I enjoy it with sashimi, but it goes well with white fish. Best match with my favorite, seared cod roe.

I bought it because it was recommended to me at a liquor store I visited for the first time in my neighborhood. It is a clear and dry sake. I asked for a sake that would go well with sashimi for dinner, and I was right. It has a light taste.

Drinking and having too much momentum. It is a refreshing drink. It was easy to drink, like water, as I was getting quite drunk. Among the dishes I had with it, the grilled bonito was the best match for the Kochi sake!

Thanks for the drink! It's dry, clear, and doesn't get stuck in your throat, a characteristic of Kochi, right? We had a lot of Kochi Tosa cuisine with grilled straw, but I felt the sake was a little too much for the food. Maybe the seasoning is too strong. But there is no doubt that it is easy to drink!

I got a four-pack at some garage sale for 400 yen. I enjoy it with seafood such as sashimi, grilled tuna, grilled hokke (hokke), and nameko (nameko), and it goes perfectly with them.

Got it for a few hundred at a garage sale last week at a local liquor store guy! (I can't tell you the price lol) Rough sake. It is not sweet. It's dry, but perhaps because of the rice polishing ratio, it's a gut-punching sake. We were going to have sukiyaki, so I chose this sake from the many stocks and tried it. It was a perfect match!

I met it at a local liquor store. It has a dry taste, and is a strong sake without filtration. It has a dry taste and a strong flavor. I enjoyed it with a nabe of sago soup stock, but all the flavor of the sago soup stock was taken away by the sake. LOL!

I had additional grilled salmon kama and it went well with it. It was perfect for an oily and salty meal.

Second one today. LOL. It is an orthodox sake. It has the strength typical of dry sake. There is no feeling of being stuck on the tongue or throat, and you can enjoy the pure taste and aroma of the rice. It is an orthodox sake, but I served it with bagna cauda as a snack. This goes well with it. Maybe because the garlic is from Aomori?

I found this sake at a liquor store that I had been curious about for a while. They just got it in stock today. I bought it to try it out without any explanation as the specs seemed to be undisclosed. It is a sweet sake with a fruity aroma the moment you drink it. It is like wine. I didn't happen to have any tsumami on hand, but it was a sake that could be enjoyed just fine without it.

Additional information. I just paired it with some (expiration date safe) cheese that's been sitting in the back of my fridge and it's good to go!

I had some the day before yesterday and am enjoying the rest. This is really good. I enjoy it purely on sake alone, without any accompaniments. It is a little dry, but not so strong that it gets stuck in the tongue and throat, making it too easy to drink.

I received this from a friend. Slightly effervescent liquor. It was so easy to drink that I finished it in no time. I had an image that it would give a strong impact when I heard the word "sake", but it didn't. It was very refreshing. I paired it with sushi and had a great weekend.

It has the freshness and mildness typical of nama-shu. The label on the back of the bottle describes it as having a soft freshness like a melon, and I think it is the feeling of the sake as it passes through the tongue and down the throat that gives the impression. I am going to make a seafood nabe now, so I will taste it with it. I will taste it with the seafood nabe I am cooking, but it is a sake that is powerful enough to be enjoyed with pickles, edamame (green soybeans), and other simple, light snacks.

This is a community of people who want good sake, so I dare to post this. The advertising tag on the package said, "Don't underestimate packaged sake. It is a good sake with good cost performance. It is a good sake with good cost performance. It is easy to drink, slightly dry, and has a slight aroma that leaves your nose after drinking. It is a good sake for the price. I'm sure everyone's taste buds and wallets are inflated from the sake they drink on a daily basis, so I thought it would be nice to have something like this once in a while. By the way, I also had sashimi, which is a standard dish, and a small package. They went well together.

It may be an unusual combination, but I enjoy it with okonomiyaki. It is dry & you can feel the gusto when you drink it, but the gusto feeling is weak and it is easy to drink. It seems to reset the harshness of the okonomiyaki.
