I met it at a local liquor store. It has a dry taste, and is a strong sake without filtration. It has a dry taste and a strong flavor. I enjoyed it with a nabe of sago soup stock, but all the flavor of the sago soup stock was taken away by the sake. LOL!

I had additional grilled salmon kama and it went well with it. It was perfect for an oily and salty meal.
