Overnight trip to visit Shinetsu roadside stations and collect sake.
We stayed at a hotel in Nagaoka City and went to the long-awaited Ponshukan Nagaoka Station.
We started with Yamakoshi, the most popular sake last month.
In addition to being easy to drink, this sake has the sweetness of rice.
What should we try next? Ta-girl*.+I thought it would be more fruity-sweet!

Tasted and purchased at Nagaoka Station Ponshu-kan. yuyaFairly dry, with a sake flavor. Not much aroma. ゆうさんEven with a polish of 70, it has a nice, mellow aroma and flavor. Delicious! バーボンJunmai Ginjo from Yamakoshi
Last time we received Junmai Daiginjo.
Polishing ratio of 60%, 5,000,000 rice.
