Yamakoshi, which I bought at the Square Sake Shop in Shima Onsen. I saw it for the first time and bought it immediately. It has a refreshing taste that makes the best use of terraced rice, like Kamizen Nyosui.

🌋 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15%. This is a brand new to me. It seems to be a sake that is not often sold. But there is nothing wrong with special junmai. It has a sour taste, but it is addictive with a delicious acidity. Best when paired with Nori! 5 of us are drinking it impatiently 😁.

Junmai Ginjo from Yamakoshi Last time we received Junmai Daiginjo. Polishing ratio of 60%, 5,000,000 rice. This sake has a strong sense of rice.

Junmai Ginjo🍶. The third cup of Nagaoka Sake no Jinshin is here! It is smooth and non-resistant. It has a slight aftertaste, but it's not bothersome. My wife says it's number one so far☝️The royal fern stew is flavorful and delicious😋. Aole Nagaoka Arena @Nagaoka 20240921

The moderate acidity enhances the clean sweetness of Gohyakumangoku. It is of course delicious chilled, but the sweetness can be felt even more when it is lukewarm, and if you want to drink it slowly, warming it up is better.

I was tasting it at the Ponshu-kan and it was so refreshing and mildly delicious that I bought a bottle without a second thought. My grandfather used to drink Ofuku all the time, so it left a deep impression on me and I like the taste. ☺️☺️
