Not too strong, but rather heavy and tasty. It goes well with the mozuku seaweed 👍I prefer the powerful mozuku seaweed from the Sea of Japan to the mozuku seaweed from Okinawa ☺️ It's mild and delicious with the salt from the fried yam isobe 😆 Tea beans also promote the sake 😆.

It's a very crisp sake with a good umami taste that doesn't interfere too much with the food.
The place where it is attached is exquisite 🫢. 酔いどれキリンYamakoshi, which I bought at the Square Sake Shop in Shima Onsen. I saw it for the first time and bought it immediately.
