バケツでごはんIt tastes like a cookie, like the inside of a Pocky, and it's too strong to drink by itself. なまころIt seems to be a top 3 tasting ranking sake🍶 at Nagaoka Station's Ponchukan, and is a Niigata-only sake.
It is slightly dry and has a great fullness of flavor. After the umami and richness of the rice, it has a pleasantly refreshing aftertaste with some acidity.
I drank it chilled this time, but it would be interesting to drink it at room temperature or warmed.
By the way, today's entrée was a shark called "Kasame" that I caught myself. eijiNagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture

It was brewed with rice from contracted terraced rice fields in Yamakoshi, and since I have visited the terraced rice fields in Yamakoshi several times, I enjoyed it while remembering the scenery. It is good to have sake that you can feel where it comes from. Everyone in my family tasted this sake and said it was delicious. ちさとToday we will have Yamakoshi Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma is sweet and fruity with a slight yellow tinge.
The mouthfeel is quite refreshing and easy to drink. The sweetness of the rice and the apple-like acidity can be felt.
It is a delicious sake 🍶. なべMore umami than expected. Sourness becomes stronger as time goes by. It seems to be good even if it is heated. 禊萩(自生)It took me a long time to put together the write-up. I'm posting a revised version.
Overnight trip to visit Shinetsu roadside stations and collect sake.
We stayed at a hotel in Nagaoka City and went to the long-awaited Ponshukan Nagaoka Station.
We started with Yamakoshi, the most popular sake last month.
In addition to being easy to drink, this sake has the sweetness of rice.
What should we try next? Ta-girl*.+I thought it would be more fruity-sweet!
But I'm happy with my choice because it's my first drink and a little refreshing would be nice! Not too spicy, but soft! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
