The tag "Bubble Foam Method" was attached to the bottle, so I mistakenly thought it was a "soursoukawa"💦.
It is said to be "an original production method of Yamabutsu that traps the bubbles created during the fermentation process inside the bottle...".
It wasn't bubbly, but it was sweet and delicious!
