It has a clean taste with a concentrated umami flavor. The unique flavor of Omachi rice spreads quickly in the mouth ✨. It is easy to drink even though it feels a bit dry on the throat, and I almost drank too much of it. After all, it is hard to find a Yumachi that is not a good match for me 😊.

I got the Junmai Daiginjo of Chiyomusubi I've been looking for for a while at the Tottori fair at a local supermarket✨. It has a slightly sweet mouthfeel, but also a rich flavor that seems to be concentrated with a deliciously concentrated taste 🍶 and a clear throat 🍶 I feel like I'm having a luxurious time with this one. After the second day, it also became more sour, but this gives it a different flavor 😊. After all, there is no hassle with Chiyomusubi and strong rice 🍶.

Perhaps it is the characteristics of the sake rice "Yumesansui," but I have never had a sake with a flavor 🍶clear, crisp, dry throat and unique aftertaste✨I would like to drink more of this sake. It seems that not much of this sake is shipped outside of Aichi Prefecture, so being able to find this kind of sake is one of the charms of SAKE POST 😊.

The last of the Asakai drinking comparison set is this red label Junmai Daiginjo🍶. It has a gorgeous aroma and a clean, refreshing taste that only a Daiginjo can have. The full-bodied flavor of this sake would go well with any meal ✨.

My wife gave me an early Valentine's Day set of 5 bottles of Asakai. The first bottle is the Honjozo. The first one is a Honjozo, which has a refreshing taste and a clear throat. It was easy to drink and would go well with any food ✨. Looking forward to the second bottle and beyond tomorrow 😊.

As a baseball fan, I didn't hesitate to buy it because it was the official hare of the Chunichi baseball team that I saw in Nagoya. I didn't notice much of an aroma. It has a strong acidic and crisp flavor, and the taste is refreshing with almost no sweetness or spiciness. After the second day after opening the bottle, the acidity is reduced and the flavor becomes mellower, making it easier to drink for me personally ✨.

The fourth drink at YATA, which specializes in junmai sake, was Shinshin🍶. My memory is getting a little fuzzy around here (lol). This sake is made from an unfamiliar sake rice called satoumi rice. As the label says, you could really taste the umami in a refreshing taste ✨.

The third drink at YATA, which specializes in junmai sake, was "Gozenshu" 🍶. The first sake, "Gozenshu" 🍶, is made from Omachi sake produced in Okayama Prefecture. The sweetness of the rice is well balanced with the spiciness, bringing out a good umami flavor. You can't go wrong with Omachi ✨.
