コバヤシFinally digested the SAKEPOST I had accumulated. We are now in a situation where we are waiting for this month's ✨. I drank a Tama-Asahi. It has a refreshing aftertaste and a unique throat feel like you are drinking water 🍶. It was a sake I had never had before.

コバヤシFollowing yesterday, here is the second SAKEPOST that arrived in September. The aroma is mild and the taste is clean and easy to drink like water. Sake without any cloying taste🍶. Personally, I found it a bit lacking.

コバヤシThis sake was the No. 1 selling sake at the souvenir shop in Nagano station. When you put it in your mouth, the alcohol goes into your nose and it feels a little dry. The taste is clean and refreshing, with no cloying taste. It is a personal favorite ✨.

The aroma of this Koshino Hatsubai was not so strong, but the taste in the mouth was mild and free of any unpleasant flavors. It has a mild taste with no cloying taste on the palate and a refreshing taste down the throat 🍶. I would like to drink more than just one glass of this sake.

コバヤシEnjoy the SAKEPOST following yesterday😊. Tomio🍶 from Kitagawa Honke in Kyoto, Japan. Although Kyoto sake has a strong image of sweetness, it has a clean and slightly dry taste when you sip it while enjoying the aroma of rice. It was also refreshing and to my liking ✨.

コバヤシFinally consumed the SAKE POST that arrived in June (lol). This Yukijaku has a clear throat and slightly dry taste 🍶 It's been a while since I received a sake that I liked, and I found a sake that one glass is not enough 😊.

コバヤシEnjoying Aomori's Sake at the Sake Cost Brewery Series ③. Next to the comparison of Tasake, a comparison of Tasake Gin-Karasu-boshi and Mutsu-Hatsusen 🍶. Tasake/Gin-Karasu-boshi is packed with flavor and is refreshing and easy to drink. Personally, it is my favorite of the three Tasyu I've had so far ✨.

コバヤシEnjoyed Aomori's Sake at Sake Cost Sake Brewery Series 1) Comparison of Tasake's special junmai and special junmai yamahai brewing 🍶. The special junmai is easy to drink and has no peculiar taste that makes you think you are not missing anything. No wonder it is so popular👍.

コバヤシSAKE POST The second pack of the digestive weekend is here 💁. It contained "Tsunan Indigo". It had a slightly sweeter mouthfeel and seemed to have a mild flavor. It was a sake that I personally felt was lacking🍶.

コバヤシOn recent weekends, I try to digest the SAKE POST that I have accumulated. Sake is a castle lover's dream 🍶. Nippon Castle has a faintly sweet aroma and a slightly sweet mouthfeel. However, it had a clear throat and not a bad aftertaste. I had the impression that it was refreshing for a junmai daiginjo.

コバヤシDay 2 of my accumulated SAKE POST consumption. The charm of SAKE POST ✨ is that you can encounter unknown territory with Kumamoto sake and a sake rice called Jinryoku. Kumamoto Jinriki has a deep taste with a hint of sourness and a moderate sweetness. Although I felt it was lacking in overall taste, it has a clear throat and could be matched with strong dishes 🍶.

コバヤシI opened a bottle of SAKE POST, which I had been accumulating recently because I had been drinking only four-packs of sake. It has a strong alcoholic aroma and a sour taste. The taste is a little dry and refreshing, but I couldn't taste anything 😅. SAKE POST can be drunk with a variety of sakes, but it leaves me frustrated for one more drink 😮‍💨

コバヤシI received this as a souvenir from a visit to the Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery by one of my juniors at work 🍶. Chiyomusubi is one of my personal favorite sake ✨. It has a rich flavor, perhaps due to the characteristics of the strong rice, but it is also very dry and smooth 😊 It has a unique umami that is different from other Japanese sake. It is a sake I would recommend to others 😊.

コバヤシThe unique piquancy and umami combined with the richness of the sake ✨. The day after the bottle was opened, the tanginess was gone, but the umami was concentrated and the taste changed to a slightly dryer throat, which I also enjoyed 😊. A bottle that I feel I would like to try another kind 🍶.

コバヤシThe last of our Nagoya drinking was at Chochin🍶. The sake was so good that it renewed my belief that no sake made with Omachi rice is ever bad. I think the high alcohol content (17-18) is part of the reason, but it has a robust flavor that stays in your mouth until the end ✨. My favorite out of the 3 types we drank today 😊.

コバヤシThe second cup of the Aichi Binding is Gichiki🍶. This sake has a dry taste with a lingering umami aftertaste. However, I don't remember much of the taste since I drank so much at the first restaurant... 😑.
