I was scared by the sticker that said beware of opening the bottle, but it opened surprisingly easily 😅. However, the aroma is gorgeous and very nice. The first sip has a clean taste with no cloying flavors. Although it is 100% Omachi, I had the impression that I did not feel much umami. I was a bit surprised. However, from the second day onward, the umami and acidity are well balanced and mixed together to create a delicious 🍶 It remains refreshing, so I was able to drink it in large gulps 😊. I wonder if it would have been better if I had mixed a little from the beginning? I finished it with that in mind ✨

First of all, I failed to vent and spilled the precious sake 😱...regrettably💦. Maybe that's the reason why I spilled the sake. The taste is very acidic and refreshing. The alcohol content is low at 11 degrees, so you can easily drink it like a summer sake 🍶.

Toast with a cup of "Kurogyu" sake, a gift from my wife's friend 🍶. This sake has a refreshing and clean taste, but it is also very strong and drinkable. Although the alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius, I felt it was more than that. I've been drinking a lot of fruity sake lately 😅.

I sometimes want to drink Turtle Sea. This time I bought the pink label ✨. The fruity aroma and sweet mouthfeel is also easy to drink with a sour taste afterwards 🍶. After the second day, the sweetness becomes less pronounced and the sourness is felt more strongly, but the umami flavor remains, making it a delicious drink👍. I would like to try other types of Kame no Kai since there are many different types of Kame no Kai on the market 😊.

The second cup is Sawanohana, dry 🍶. The dryness of the earlier Yonesuru Kappa was so strong that I didn't really feel the dryness, but the umami flavor spreading on the palate was delicious ✨. The sharpness of the sake makes the cup go down the throat.
