My year-end party with my wife was the first time I came across a 100% Nagano-produced Yumachi from Taisetsukei🍶Yumachi, and I didn't hesitate to buy it ✨. It has a nice aroma with a hint of ginjo, and the unique flavor of Omachi spreads in the mouth, and although it has 16% alcohol content, it is a dangerous sake in a way 😊. I hope to enjoy the sake I have yet to discover next year!

This sake is made from Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture and has the sweetness of Miyamanishiki🍶. It was a sake to be enjoyed after a meal rather than as a mid-meal drink because of its sharp, thick throat with a sense of heaviness.

I bought a bottle of Kido sparkling sake🍶. After opening and closing the lid several times, I managed to get the carbonation to settle down and drink it. I can taste the acidity, but as it mingles with the lees, it settles down to a mellow taste 😊The sweetness and clean throat allows me to drink it after the second glass without getting tired of it ✨.

I bought it as a souvenir when I went out to Nagoya last week. I bought it immediately because of the combination of brewer Kuheiji and Omachi 😊. It has a strong acidity in the mouthfeel, but you can taste the unique flavor of Omachi beyond that 🍶. After the second day, the sourness was removed and the taste became mellower and more enjoyable ✨.

I've seen many different designs for the nineteen, but this is the first time I've seen this "once upon a time" design. I am also interested in the "Where there is" tanuki design 🤔. Well, this "Mukashi Mukashi" has a sour aroma, and the taste is also very sour and crisp as it is. However, it also has a crisp, refreshing taste with a hint of umami hidden deep within it 🍶. After the second day, the sourness mellows out a bit as it mixes with the air, and this is what made it so delicious to drink ✨. I'm also interested in the other Tanuki design, "Where There Is" 😊.
