SAKE POST Item ]
This sake has a mild aroma of rice, a strong alcoholic taste, and a refreshing throat sensation that will keep you coming back for more.
I bought a bottle of Kido sparkling sake🍶.
After opening and closing the lid several times, I managed to get the carbonation to settle down and drink it.
I can taste the acidity, but as it mingles with the lees, it settles down to a mellow taste 😊The sweetness and clean throat allows me to drink it after the second glass without getting tired of it ✨.

Sake made with Koshi-tanrei rice as the malted rice.
The aroma is unlike anything you've ever experienced before, and the clean, slightly dry taste will keep you coming back for more ✨.
SAKE POST Item
Made with local sake rice, Gohyakumangoku🍶, produced in Yoshikawa-ku, Joetsu City. It has a strong acidic taste and a sharp, dry taste. 15% alcohol by volume, it is an unusually strong sake.
The first sake I've seen that uses Omachi rice koji 🍶.
It has a clear watery taste with a vague sense of umami, but I wonder if it is the unique umami of Omachi 🤔.
It was the first time I tasted a bottle of sake and I felt the depth of sake.
Seijo Ishii's original Masumi🍶.
Good aroma of ginjo aroma and a taste of umami behind the acidity. You can enjoy a slightly dry mouthfeel with a sharp throat ✨.
It is always available at the nearest Seijo Ishii in 300ml, just in case you want to enjoy a little sake 😊.
I bought it as a souvenir when I went out to Nagoya last week.
I bought it immediately because of the combination of brewer Kuheiji and Omachi 😊.
It has a strong acidity in the mouthfeel, but you can taste the unique flavor of Omachi beyond that 🍶.
After the second day, the sourness was removed and the taste became mellower and more enjoyable ✨.
I've seen many different designs for the nineteen, but this is the first time I've seen this "once upon a time" design. I am also interested in the "Where there is" tanuki design 🤔.
Well, this "Mukashi Mukashi" has a sour aroma, and the taste is also very sour and crisp as it is. However, it also has a crisp, refreshing taste with a hint of umami hidden deep within it 🍶.
After the second day, the sourness mellows out a bit as it mixes with the air, and this is what made it so delicious to drink ✨.
I'm also interested in the other Tanuki design, "Where There Is" 😊.
Hi, Mr. Kobayashi 😃
I found a liquor store near me that sells Jukusan, but I haven't been able to take you there yet 🥲.
This one looks delicious with a crisp sour taste! I'd like to get it if I see it ‼️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
This nineteen is a complete jackpot (lol).
However, it was a delicious sake with a delicious flavor behind the acidity, so if you see it, please take it home 😊.
I was wondering why I couldn't find the brand name at Sake-no-Wasan, but it seems that the brand name was changed from Hakuryu to Eiheiji Hakuryu.
The aroma is fruity, the taste is clean and uncluttered, but the crisp throat finish makes you want to take a second sip 😊.
At 13% alcohol by volume, it was the perfect refreshing sake for the end of summer 🍶.
I was scared by the sticker that said beware of opening the bottle, but it opened surprisingly easily 😅.
However, the aroma is gorgeous and very nice.
The first sip has a clean taste with no cloying flavors. Although it is 100% Omachi, I had the impression that I did not feel much umami. I was a bit surprised.
However, from the second day onward, the umami and acidity are well balanced and mixed together to create a delicious 🍶 It remains refreshing, so I was able to drink it in large gulps 😊.
I wonder if it would have been better if I had mixed a little from the beginning? I finished it with that in mind ✨
SAKEPOST Product
The aroma was sweet and gorgeous, but the taste was bland and lacking in umami for a sake made with Omachi rice. However, the sake has a heavy and complex mouthfeel that goes down the throat.
First of all, I failed to vent and spilled the precious sake 😱...regrettably💦.
Maybe that's the reason why I spilled the sake. The taste is very acidic and refreshing. The alcohol content is low at 11 degrees, so you can easily drink it like a summer sake 🍶.
