Kinmon-nishiki" produced in Asashina Gorobei Shinden, Saku City, is used. The delicious taste and sweetness of the rice spread to the palate, and the fruity flavor 🍎 makes it easy to drink as much as you like. By the way, what is terroir? I bought this sake because of the question, "What is terroir? It is a word that everyone in the wine world seems to know, and it expresses the value of the grapes grown in the region 🤔. In the case of this Kame no Kai, it would be "Kinmon Nishiki" produced in Gorobei Shinden in Asashina, Saku City. Great attempt to build one brand for the same rice ✨. Sake is progressing rapidly, isn't it? I still need to learn more 📖.

When the bottle is opened, the good aroma is strongly felt. In the mouth, it has a clean taste with no peculiarities and no cloying taste. The sake has a slightly dry taste that goes down your throat 🍶.

I got the Junmai Daiginjo of Chiyomusubi I've been looking for for a while at the Tottori fair at a local supermarket✨. It has a slightly sweet mouthfeel, but also a rich flavor that seems to be concentrated with a deliciously concentrated taste 🍶 and a clear throat 🍶 I feel like I'm having a luxurious time with this one. After the second day, it also became more sour, but this gives it a different flavor 😊. After all, there is no hassle with Chiyomusubi and strong rice 🍶.

There is no hassle with Chiyomusubi! Slightly effervescent right after opening the bottle. You can feel the concentrated flavor of the rice 🍶. After the second day, mixing it with nigori, you can enjoy a richer flavor and not get bored ✨I was able to enjoy the full flavor of the strong rice 😊.
