After the second day after opening the bottle, the heaviness is gone and it becomes crisp and refreshing. It was a sake that showed me many different sides ✨.

The highest quality sake🍶 selected by the president himself at Yoshida Sake Brewery.
We chose this sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays because it is sold in limited quantities with the president's own name on it.
The unique freshness of the mouthfeel is unique to nama sake. The slightly spicy flavor is easy to drink with a refreshing taste, and the sake was perfect for the special occasion of the year-end and New Year's holidays.

Tomio🍶 from Kitagawa Honke in Kyoto, Japan.
Although Kyoto sake has a strong image of sweetness, it has a clean and slightly dry taste when you sip it while enjoying the aroma of rice. It was also refreshing and to my liking ✨.
