It has a clean taste with a concentrated umami flavor. The unique flavor of Omachi rice spreads quickly in the mouth ✨. It is easy to drink even though it feels a bit dry on the throat, and I almost drank too much of it. After all, it is hard to find a Yumachi that is not a good match for me 😊.

The highest quality sake🍶 selected by the president himself at Yoshida Sake Brewery. We chose this sake for the year-end and New Year's holidays because it is sold in limited quantities with the president's own name on it. The unique freshness of the mouthfeel is unique to nama sake. The slightly spicy flavor is easy to drink with a refreshing taste, and the sake was perfect for the special occasion of the year-end and New Year's holidays. I look forward to enjoying more delicious sake from around the world this year 😊.

★4.0 Nerima Kasuga-cho is Uemoten PB's "Sagata". This is the first time for me to try "Sagata", so I can't judge the difference from the general lineup, but the freshness and fruity taste are both good!

On the opening day, I felt a fruity sweetness and rich flavor with a slight effervescence, and after the second day, the effervescence was gone and it became easier to drink and enjoy the sweetness and flavor more 🍶. I drank it over three days and enjoyed the different flavors on all three days ✨.

I have been drinking out a lot lately, so I drank this sake slowly over the course of a week. This is my first visit to Shinanotsuru. First day after opening the bottle The initial aroma is mildly fruity and sweet. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweet-tart taste with a hint of alcohol, and it finishes with a slight bitterness. 3 days after opening the bottle The initial aroma is the same mild fruit-like sweet aroma. In the mouth, the alcohol and bitterness disappear, leaving a full-bodied, mildly sweet and umami taste. I think I prefer it after 3 days 🍶. It was delicious ✨

The unique piquancy and umami combined with the richness of the sake ✨. The day after the bottle was opened, the tanginess was gone, but the umami was concentrated and the taste changed to a slightly dryer throat, which I also enjoyed 😊. A bottle that I feel I would like to try another kind 🍶.

Koshi no Taka Blue Hawk Junmai Ginjo Seimaibuai 55% Alcohol 15% First cup was sharp with a strong alcohol flavor. After that it was very nice and easy to drink. It was a good accompaniment with dinner

Last year I bought a bottle of Kangiku's Aizan. It's a definite tropical sweetness. Maybe it's the sweetness, but a little bit is not enough to satisfy me, so it's hard to run out. I like to drink it after dinner with dessert. Thank goodness they don't sell out of Kangiku despite its popularity 👏I wonder if they make a huge amount of it.

I was attracted by the price of 1,100 yen for a four-pack. It has a classic taste, but it has the flavor of rice and is suitable for a mealtime drink. The attack is said to be complex, but it may be quite refreshing. I think drinking something like this with a meal, and then drinking something more elegant after the meal, will make you feel more satisfied.

An extra edition of the mini-bottle series that I have personally enjoyed recently We will be having Aizan and Miyamanishiki in the Takachiyo 59 series drinking comparison! The aroma was like honey, and when I took a sip, the rich sweetness and acidity spread in my mouth at once. It is a very beautiful bottle, and it is hard to say which one is better than the other. Rice polishing ratio: 59% (Ogihira rice polishing) Alcohol content: 16%.

Purchased after being recommended by the owner. A very solid sake 😆. It is quite dry and has the dignity of a Japanese sake 🤣. Personally, I prefer it if you let it sit for a few days after opening the package, the taste and flavor will settle down and become more agreeable. If you like it, you'll love it 👍✨

Slightly fizzy and very sweet. However, it didn't interfere with the food. It's like a sweeter version of Shinshu Kameari (I'm an amateur, so this expression is just my personal opinion). My personal favorite ★★⭐︎⭐︎. My personal preference is for a slightly sparkling, sweet, yet bitter taste. In this case, I personally found the sweetness too strong (not an unpleasant sweetness of course).
