I took a half day off and drank at Tsukiji for the first drink~♪ We had our first drink at "Tsukiji Kaku-uchi Tabitebako". Eiheiji Hakuryu Special Junmai Aki-agari Rice used: Yamadanishiki (produced in Eiheiji Town, Fukui Prefecture) Strength: 15.5%. The aroma is moderate and clear. Mild and clear on the palate. Sourness and bitterness in the middle. The aftertaste is dry. Serve with crispy seafood tempura. Delicious!

I was wondering why I couldn't find the brand name at Sake-no-Wasan, but it seems that the brand name was changed from Hakuryu to Eiheiji Hakuryu. The aroma is fruity, the taste is clean and uncluttered, but the crisp throat finish makes you want to take a second sip 😊. At 13% alcohol by volume, it was the perfect refreshing sake for the end of summer 🍶.
