I was able to drink it comfortably. KumakichiI had been curious about Nagasaki's Hiran and Seiten for a long time.
It is made with Yamadanishiki for the malted rice and Omachi for the premium rice, and I had a hard time imagining what it tasted like, so I was curious!
It has a mild sweet lactic acid aroma from the first sip, and the sweetness, acidity, and umami that spreads gradually in the mouth make it a pleasantly crisp bottle.

Summer Moon is a summer sake, with a much lower sweetness and an impressive acidity and sharpness!
Although it is a light summer sake, the lingering aftertaste after swallowing is very satisfying due to the fact that it is a ginjo with alcohol.

I visited a liquor store for the first time in a while and found a great lineup of Tobiran, and after much deliberation, I bought a bottle of Kagura!
When I opened the bottle, I found it to be sweeter than I had expected!
The top aroma was a fresh fruit like white peach or muscat!
The sweetness that filled my mouth the moment I took a sip was as soft and sweet as if I had cotton candy in my mouth!
The sourness that spread from there to the end was also pleasant, and I finished it in less than an hour...
I would like to try other "Hiran" as well.

It is not a typical sweet nigori, but dry and very smooth.
I have a feeling that the best time to drink it is about 3 days after opening the bottle because the rice flavor is visible.

Taro Ruka針金屋別注 純吟生純米吟醸生酒生詰酒おりがらみ しゃくやくThe brewery is located in Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture, where there is plenty of great water to drink. Ruka was named after her own child, who was to be named after the brewer.
This Ryuki was recommended to me at a nearby liquor store and I tried it for the first time, but I like it. When I looked closely at it, I found it was the original Oragarashi version of the liquor store.
It has a fresh, sweet aroma like pears and muscat, and a soft, gentle flavor that is well-drawn. The natural sweetness that comes out gradually, in addition to the faint firing that is characteristic of origami, leads to a crisp and refreshing finish. The acidity that pulls the whole thing together is gorgeous and keeps you wanting to drink more. It's also very good value for money.
