We welcome Mr. Jive to Osaka for a petit off-line meeting 🍶 at "Sake Unagidani" in Shinsaibashi. No.1: First, a toast 🥂. We started with three members, Gyve, Uma Uma Uma and myself! We were looking at the sake fridge and wondering about Ishidaya, Nizaemon, Shinmasa, etc., but we decided to start with a shuwashuwa toast, so we shared this one, Umaime's choice, and toasted to it 🥂. It is Sengame, an active nigori sake from Shinkame. I have never had much sake from the Shinkame Brewery, which is credited with introducing the world to the benefits of junmai sake, so I was looking forward to this one 😄. It took about 2 minutes for the experienced waitress to open and close the cork. The bottle was quite healthy when it was opened, but when I sipped it, I felt a soft shwashiness 🫧. The taste is light and easy to drink, with a gentle sweetness with a hint of rice in the tailings. There was also a slight dryness, making it a refreshing nigori sake suitable for summer 🍶. I finished it quickly and moved on to the next sake 😊.

Drinking with members of the Kansai Sake-no-wa on a business trip to Osaka (1) ［After leaving "Tachinomi-Tani", we moved to "Shinsaibashi". ［We found a canned food bar at Shinsaibashi PARCO and bought a canned takoyaki (octopus balls) as a souvenir. We met up with Mr. Umaumai and Aladdin here and decided to have a drink together at Unagidani, a place I've been curious about for a while 😁. We started off with a toast and a bottle of sake 🍶. Sengoku Nigori Sake - "Karukubunyuu". The sake has a smooth, smooth throat, a refreshing taste, and a slightly spicy aftertaste. Carbonated throat with a good umami flavor. ［Cute logo of "Unagidani" (which means "Eel and Rice" in Japanese).

Shinkame nigori sake. It is an active sake, and when the seal is opened, a tremendous amount of bubbles rise to the surface. As is typical of nigori sake, there are nuances of cooked rice and yeast, and an aroma of sweet sake that is not sweet. The taste is light and dry, and as the name suggests, it is easy to drink. The 10.5% alcohol content is also good. I loved it!

Junmai Namaishu Activated Nigori 🍶 Lightly full ✨ I was curious about this store owned by a liquor store that was featured on Rui Yoshida's show, but this was my first visit 😆. The entrance is hard to find and it feels like a hideout 😅. It was a hot day, so we started with sparkling sake. Dry and sharp ✨, muddy and delicious. Good for hot summer 👍. I wasn't planning to drink today, but when I want to drink, I can't stop lol. So, I decided to open another bottle today. Today's bottle was a bottle of Shinkame Shuzo's Sengame Karukubaru. The president of the liquor store told me to be careful when opening the bottle, and I was. When we opened the lid a little, the liquid level started to rise, and we had to close and open the lid dozens of times. We managed to successfully open the bottle. I have never had such a vigorous sake before. Now, let's enjoy the shuwashu sake. The aroma is refreshing. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a powerful carbonic acid refreshment that overflows into your mouth. I thought it looked sweet, but the flavor is less sweet and has a strong bitter taste. But at any rate, it is very refreshing. It was a very easy to drink sake that did not interfere with meals.

I emptied the nigori of the defender during Golden Week. Too good 😆. It's been a while since I've been to KO Mart, and they had a lot of interesting sake on hand. Several types of Hourai, newspaper wrapped Keiryu, Nanbu Bijin, Takasago yogurt, etc... I was interested in nigori, so I chose this one. One of my worries about work was solved, so I opened the bottle from a weekday. And it's low al. But despite reading the warning, I spewed it 😅 how foamy it can be... The taste is just a little dry, a little lingering on the nose, and quite heavy for me. I have the impression that it is rather refreshing. It goes well with a meal. I always have sweet food, so it's good to have something like this once in a while 😄. It goes well with mushroom rice.
