I received this from a customer at a year-end party at work. It has a gaseous taste, but it comes in easily, and I prefer it to the fire-roasted AKABU. It was delicious. I hope I will be able to find another delicious sake next year!

Hakodate Goryonozo K.K. was founded in 2021 by Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo. This is the first sake brewery to be established in Hakodate in about 50 years. It has a clean texture, but the sweetness is subdued and the taste is rather dry. It was very easy to drink and delicious.

I had been curious about it since Hachinohe Sake Brewery had posted about it on SNS, and I found it at a liquor store I frequent, so I immediately bought it. It was made from 100% Hachinohe rice and the milling ratio was undisclosed. Muscat? It had a fruity flavor like grapes or muscat, and was perfect for summer. My friend and I enjoyed it together, and we finished it in about an hour.

It has a fruity flavor like pear or peach and a refreshing taste, perfect for the hot summer season. This is delicious. The four-pack bottle would be empty in no time. And I noticed when I bought it that the package is surprisingly cute, with musical notes written on it, lol!

I have not had Tenbi since I got the white and black heaven about 3 years ago, and I remember it being very good. I personally like Aizan, so when I saw it at the store, I bought it immediately. It was easy to drink at first, but I could taste the tangy texture and gas, the flavor of Aizan, and a slight sourness. It is a very good wine. Delicious.

I have wanted to drink Murayuke again since my friend in Niigata gave it to me about 10 years ago. To my surprise, a liquor store not far from my house was a distributor. It has a rich, fruity sweetness in the mouth and a slightly spicy flavor after it passes the throat. It is so tasty that you can go without any snacks because of its strong flavor.
