This is my first Houou Mita. As stated, rather than drinking it cold, I poured it into a glass and let it air out, and when it reaches a temperature close to room temperature, the aroma is enhanced and the flavor expands, making it very tasty.

The last bottle of this limited edition sake was the last one left at the distributor that we have always been a part of. It is a bottle that you will probably encounter only once in your lifetime. It was an impulse purchase. I was told that the taste would not fade for a year, so why not drink it on a special occasion? It had been sitting in the fridge for a long time, but I finally opened it. It has a unique Nabeshima taste, with a tangy texture, an exquisite balance of sweet and spicy tastes, and a deep flavor after swallowing. I am glad I bought this bottle, and I am glad I was able to drink it.

The other day I was able to drink Lovely Label, which I had always been curious about. It is refreshing and delicious, with an exquisite sweetness and aroma that feels like it goes right through your nose. I felt like I could drink it all the time and it was empty overnight.
