The last bottle of this limited edition sake was the last one left at the distributor that we have always been a part of. It is a bottle that you will probably encounter only once in your lifetime. It was an impulse purchase.
I was told that the taste would not fade for a year, so why not drink it on a special occasion? It had been sitting in the fridge for a long time, but I finally opened it.
It has a unique Nabeshima taste, with a tangy texture, an exquisite balance of sweet and spicy tastes, and a deep flavor after swallowing.
I am glad I bought this bottle, and I am glad I was able to drink it.
