This is the second bottle 🍶 I purchased on a trip to Hida Takayama.
The best way to drink it is to warm it up to lukewarm, but I had it at room temperature first 🍶✨.
It has a nice firm rice flavor and just the right amount of acidity 😊🍶It has a sharp and clean aftertaste that I like 😄🍶.
Today we had a special bento box made by a famous ryotei in Kyoto as a side dish ✨.
It was a collaboration of Hida sake and Kyoto cuisine, but I think sake is the best match for Japanese cuisine 😄✨Next time I would like to try it lukewarm 😉🍶.
The rice flavor is enhanced when served lukewarm, and as recommended, it is very flavorful 🍶😄.
