We had it at a sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi because it was recommended to be clear and dry. It is a nice, sharp drink to finish off a meal of sushi.
I had high expectations for this sake because it is a freshly stored raw sake from Fudoi no En, my favorite dry sake. It is a tasty sake, but it has a schwashiness that I don't like. I preferred the fire-aged Furoi no En.
I'm pretty sure it was good too, but I was pretty drunk so I forgot my detailed impressions 😣💦.
I'll have to try it again next time I'm at the restaurant 😋.
