This is my first sake from this brewery. As the name "Honkarakuchi" suggests, it is a very sharp and crisp sake. I had it chilled in the refrigerator and enjoyed it cold, but I think you can enjoy a different flavor when the temperature is slightly higher.

I had high expectations for this sake because it is a freshly stored raw sake from Fudoi no En, my favorite dry sake. It is a tasty sake, but it has a schwashiness that I don't like. I preferred the fire-aged Furoi no En.
