This is the second bottle of the 12-bottle set for Father's Day gift.
I have had Tsururei from Aoki Shuzo before, but this is my first time to try Yukio ๐๐ถ.
It is a light, dry and refreshing sake, like Niigata sake, that goes well with everything ๐๐ถ๐ถIt is light and dry, but it also has a hint of sweetness, giving it a deep flavorful sake feeling.
Today I enjoyed a cold shabu shabu with agu pork and yellowfin tuna sashimi for dinner, and the best match was the yellowfin tuna sashimi ๐๐ถ.
