I have never had a drink! I had to order it.
It has a slight caramel flavor afterwards. Not too sweet, not too spicy... and the aroma was good. This kind of sake is called well-balanced. Very tasty ♡♡♡!
On a trip to Hiroshima, I was told at a liquor store that "the toji-san made this sake to his own taste, without even thinking about the snacks" (lol), so I bought it.
I bought it! It is so delicious just as it is! It is refreshingly sweet, fruity, and has a lingering taste. But it also went well with sashimi, pickles, and salads.
Ooh!
This is my favorite handsome one I've had today, and I hear it's made entirely from Kyoto. I thought I liked the chunky ones, but I like this one even though it's rather light.
I wanted to compare different yeasts, but I can't drink a lot, so I'll just stick with 1801 yeast for now💦 I really like the taste. It's moderately sweet, spicy, and robust. I was told by the store owner that it is called "Doshiri" and I will use it as soon as I can... Anyway, it was delicious. Come to think of it, the Li Bai that I enjoyed drinking the other day is also from Shimane Prefecture. I guess there are many other sake from Shimane Prefecture that I like as well...
It was recommended to me that it goes well with potato salad, so I drank it. It was recommended to me that it goes well with potato salad, and I drank it. I could drink it all the time.
Slightly caramelized. Served with grilled firefly squid skewers. It is sweet and spicy at the same time, and tastes refreshingly delicious. A robust and tasty taste.
It does not have much aroma, but it is moderately sweet, refreshingly spicy, and has a stable taste. Misato Nishiki is slightly sweeter. I prefer this one.
What do you recommend for a snack of grilled fish? I was asked what I would recommend to snack on grilled fish...and this Keitora was recommended to me. I have some Keitos that are very spicy for me, but this one is a refreshing yet rich umakuchi. Delicious~!
