Usually Eiko Fuji is a little too sweet for me, but this one tastes sweet and refreshingly bitter at the same time, so it is not too sweet. It also has a nice aroma.

I don't know, but I like it very much. ❤️ It tasted good the day I opened it, but I got sick after opening it and couldn't drink it... I drank it again a few days later, but it was still delicious. ‼️ I ordered it from a liquor store in Niigata and was wondering what I should do, since it was a bit expensive. But I'm glad I bought it. ❗️ I love it...whether I drink it as is or with vegetables, it's delicious in any way. ❗️ I can only say stupid words...good sake makes me speechless...oh, I always have no vocabulary, don't I?

Comparison of Jyushidai. I would like to drink it at home ♡♡♡♡ I think this one is more robust than Banshu Yamada-Nishiki. It has a good sweetness and rice flavor, with a spiciness afterwards, and I love them both. ‼️

This was my favorite of all the sake I drank at this event. It had a very nice aroma, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. It was so delicious that I ended up talking to a person at the Yamaguchi Prefecture booth and told him, "This is really delicious, isn't it? I didn't know if it was like that. If so, was he from another sake brewery? If so, I apologize 💦.

This is my first Osaka sake. Whenever I travel to Osaka, I am recommended sake from other prefectures, so I wondered if Osaka sake was not good. I had thought that Osaka sake might not be tasty, but this was easy to drink and refreshingly delicious.
