I usually don't drink much sake from the Kanto region, but this one was recommended to me, so I tried it.
It is moderately spicy and sweet almost at the same time. It has a good weight and is easy to drink.
I drank it warmed. It has an amazake-like aroma, a slight sweetness, and a spiciness that spreads at the same time. As it cools down, the light sweetness comes and goes again. I feel like an expert now that I have realized how good it tastes 🤣.
At the Scarlett's Banquet
At last year's craft saké, we drank this and said, "What is this? I've never tasted anything like it!" I was shocked by the taste. It is a refreshing doburoku, and after drinking it, you can feel the minty taste coming out of your nose. I would rather drink this by itself all the time than with a meal...
At the Shojo Banquet
I liked this one the best among all the sake I drank from Heiroku. Maybe because it is the closest to the sake I usually drink. It was delicious and easy to match with meals.
At the Shojo Banquet at Newman Yokohama. Pale pink in color, with an apple aroma wafting through the nose and a tart tatin-like sweetness. Gentle and delicious.
Today I wanted a dry sake that wasn't too spicy, so I went with this one. Sometimes I feel that the sake I usually drink is too sweet. Today is it. Maybe I'm tired...
Oh, it's because I drank it yesterday too, lol.
The aroma is not strong, but it is dry with a delicious flavor, and the aroma of rice leaves your nose. It is also easy to drink and delicious. A little heavier might be more to my taste.
Good evening, mariage 😃.
The problem of feeling sweet! I know what you mean 🤗 we sometimes get triggered and want dry 😅 we can't have that much in the fridge at home 🥲 but at times like that, drinking out is good to have a variety to choose from👍.
Jay & Nobby, I guess sometimes it does feel sweet! If I'm out drinking, I can drink up the sweet and move on... but I can't drink that much... and it's not like anyone's going to pour it for me... but I drink too much on my own. lol.
On a trip to Sado Island. This is the first time I drank Kintsuru. No, maybe it was not the first time? But it was the first time I drank such a delicious Kintsuru that I liked. It was rich, refreshing, fragrant, and delicious, and I loved it.
Hello mariage!
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins 🎉.
It's nice to celebrate with your favorite sake at your favorite travel destination 🎵.
I also remember having this one last year and it was so delicious ✨.
Have a great sake life from now on 😊.
Congratulations to mariage on 400 check-ins: 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Sado? The event? It was a beautiful and nice memorial too ✨I would love to go there since I haven't landed yet😊.
Thank you, Pon...400 check-ins that I hadn't noticed at all...Sado is good! Sake, fish and meat are delicious. There are some extraordinary world heritage sites, and I hear the mountain hiking is fun...although I haven't walked there 🤣.
It was a gift.
My husband can't drink sake, but he got it. How did they find out that my wife likes sake 🤣 thank you very much!
Wow, this is delicious too!
Usually Eiko Fuji is a little too sweet for me, but this one tastes sweet and refreshingly bitter at the same time, so it is not too sweet. It also has a nice aroma.
Good evening, mariage 😃.
There's something about the sake 🍶 lovers 😄maybe it was the aura through your husband 😆 we have a suspicion that Eiko Fuji is too sweet 😅we're attracted to the taste that's not too sweet 😙.
Jay & Nobby 😆 I admire you and your wife drinking it together 🥰Your wife's shadow of me bled behind my husband who turned red after 2 sips of beer 😚 Yes. It was lighter and sweeter than the usual glorious Fuji!
