mariageToday I wanted a dry sake that wasn't too spicy, so I went with this one. Sometimes I feel that the sake I usually drink is too sweet. Today is it. Maybe I'm tired...
Oh, it's because I drank it yesterday too, lol.
The aroma is not strong, but it is dry with a delicious flavor, and the aroma of rice leaves your nose. It is also easy to drink and delicious. A little heavier might be more to my taste. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, mariage 😃.
The problem of feeling sweet! I know what you mean 🤗 we sometimes get triggered and want dry 😅 we can't have that much in the fridge at home 🥲 but at times like that, drinking out is good to have a variety to choose from👍. mariageJay & Nobby, I guess sometimes it does feel sweet! If I'm out drinking, I can drink up the sweet and move on... but I can't drink that much... and it's not like anyone's going to pour it for me... but I drink too much on my own. lol. リリィSweet and sour and fruity
Fried food goes well with it. リリィIt is slightly sweet and sour and goes down like water. mariageIt has a nice aroma and is moderately sweet. Easy to drink and delicious~. mariageIt is clean, light, spicy, and not too heavy. mariageIt is clean and sharp. It tastes clean and delicious, as if the excess has been removed. mariageIt is spicier than the moon after the rain, but it is refreshing and tasty with a touch of sweetness later on. mariageVery nice aroma, delicious sweetness of rice and sharpness. Delicious. リリィSlightly fruity and a little tangy. ゆうちゃんthe end of the work week

I have the impression that Shinmasa's sake is relatively refreshing and often has a rummy or kiwi-like freshness to it,
I wondered what 88% rice polishing ratio would be like...
I wondered what it would be like with 88% polished rice... but it still has a bigger impact than other types of sake and is very drinkable.
I don't think there was any mention of orikarami on the label, but I thought it might be orikarami.
If the ecru was a kiwi, this one is like an apple...?
Personally, I prefer this one to ecru 🤔... @aycolors écru Akita Sake Komachi

It comes out in a different shape from the Burgundy wine glass, and the shape of the glass is strange and interesting at first!
Melon-like sweet aroma of Daiginjo sake
However, it does not have a harsh sweetness, but rather a refreshing impression. リリィTastes like water
Slightly acidic after taste mariageDry and mellow. It is both thick and rice sweet and mellow. リリィSlightly sour and sweet, easy to drink. リリィGood balance of sweetness and tartness.
