I was drinking it on 7/1. It is aromatic, fruity, sweet from the rice, and refreshingly delicious. Niigata is a great place after all! My daughter had it with her lunch of seared nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) 😊My daughter had it with her lunch of hegisoba (buckwheat noodles) and tarekatsu (pork cutlet with sauce) and drank it with takachiyou. Yum! She mumbled like Mr. Purgatory and only gave me a small bite 🤣.

The sweetness of the rice spreads gently, followed by a caramel flavor. I think it is an easy sake to match with anything as it has a firm yet refreshing taste. My daughter who drank it with me said it was "not sweet" 😅.

The aroma is subtle and the taste is easy to drink with a gentle sweetness of rice. I was sick for a while and couldn't drink it, so it was just the right gentle and beautiful sake to drink after a long time. My husband is working in Hakata, so I tagged along (o^^o). I had the toriten with beer and the mizutaki with sake!

Maybe...I like centrifugation. The first time I thought centrifugation tasted good was with "Hokusetsu. It was refreshing and easy to drink. This Ottersai is a Junmai Daiginjyo with 20% to 30% polishing and centrifugal separation, all the elements I like! I'm sorry for drinking such a great sake!

It has a sake level of ➖5, but it is not too sweet. Maybe I like Kame-no-o of rice. ❤️ Dewazakura, which I drank before, also had a very good Kame-no-o.

Shinkansen Izakaya 😆 We bought some chikuzen-ni and spicy rape blossoms at the station and boarded the Shinkansen. My husband is beside me, eating a thin-skinned manjuu from Kashiwaya and smiling 😅. This Suehiro is said to have won the gold medal in the main category of the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" in 2024. It has a nice aroma, a hint of sweetness, and a moderate spiciness that I like to savor. It was delicious as it was. There are still many sake that I have never tasted before. I would like to go back and try more!

Aromatic and sweet sake flavor. Not too sweet, easy to drink and delicious. Not too sweet, not too spicy, and a little heavy. It is my favorite sake. My husband finally started drinking non-alcoholic sake, so he drinks it with my daughter σ ^_^;.

I am on a family trip to Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. It is dry and a little heavy which I like. It has a moderate aroma and goes well with pickled herring and shime saba (mackerel). Drinking this makes me want to eat more sashimi~! I wanted to take a picture of the bottle, but I couldn't say so because I thought it would be a nuisance when I was busy... Isn't this a common occurrence for everyone? My husband is blushing after drinking a little beer beside me. It's a reversal of our marriage.

I purchased this product during a trip to Yamagata. Fruity aroma like apples. It is a little bit schwaty and thick... After the slightly sweet taste spreads, the dry taste comes quickly. I guess this is what you call a good aftertaste. It is also gorgeous. It is delicious drunk as is, but also goes well with pickles. Some Shuho are too sweet for me, but this one has a flavor I really like. Delicious~!

It has a very nice aroma of rice. The sweetness is firm...but not unpleasant...so it goes well with light white sashimi. I think I had this one before Kamo Kanehide. As someone said, the order of drinking is important! Well, they are both delicious!
