This year I was able to buy Kabutobushi. It's very sour, like a citrus juice, and you can gobble it up. It is indeed delicious! But I think it is a little too sour. I wonder if it will mellow out if I let it sit in the fridge a little longer.

I guess this is Yamazan's summer sake, which I first learned about this year and enjoyed. It is modern with a sour taste. It has a citrusy freshness and is very easy to drink. It also has a good aftertaste and is very drinkable. I would buy this sake again.

The waitress recommended the wakamusume. It was very juicy, apple-like and fruity. It seemed sweeter than dry, but I could drink it by itself. The summery and refreshing label is also good!

Liquor stores at this time of year are delightful with the glamour of cherry blossoms. I bought a bottle of Tsuneyama's Kasumisake a while ago. Just like the label, it is fruity like cherry blossoms. It is refreshing and delicious. It was the sake I wanted to drink at the cherry blossom viewing party.

AKAABU, which I hadn't had in a long time. This time it was the first time I could drink SNOW. It is easy to drink anyway, although it is low in alcohol at 13%. It has a slight effervescence and a citrusy feeling, which I like. It was so tasty that it is hard to find.

This was the first time I drank Tedorigawa's Hakusyu. It was so much better than expected that it may be the No. 1 of this year. Fresh, gassy, and fruity like a melon. It is not too sweet, and I never get tired of drinking it and can drink it more and more. This will be a repeat purchase over the holiday season.

Records. Summer sake recommended at a liquor store. Very refreshing, with some acidity. Although it is a summer sake, it is firm and has a good flavor. As the day goes by, it becomes a bit sweet and clingy, so I personally recommend drinking it in a No. 4 bottle.

Sparkling Takeyuki. This sake is an attempt to be conscious of circulation, with a focus on the local Ibaraki area. It was very fresh, easy to drink, and slurpable. Slightly sweet and floral, it was the kind of sake that will definitely be popular. This is one I would like to repeat.
