First bottle in 2025. This is the first Hirotogawa nigori in two years that I could not buy last season. It is still delicious. It is fruity, smooth, and easy to drink. But it also has a depth of flavor, so you can savor it and drink it slowly. It is indeed a popular sake.

Long time no record. Garakudai's light nigori, an absolutely delicious one. It is so fresh and gassy that the cork almost pops out. I would recommend it even to those who don't like sake, as it is easy to drink like a ramune. Nigori is great this time of year.

This was the first series I drank at Sentori. It is a very low-alcohol sake at 10 degrees, but it has a strong sake taste and is very drinkable, perhaps due to the aging process in wooden barrels. It has a strong acidity and a wooden barrel aroma. I liked that it was a summery sake.

This year I was able to buy Kabutobushi. It's very sour, like a citrus juice, and you can gobble it up. It is indeed delicious! But I think it is a little too sour. I wonder if it will mellow out if I let it sit in the fridge a little longer.

I guess this is Yamazan's summer sake, which I first learned about this year and enjoyed. It is modern with a sour taste. It has a citrusy freshness and is very easy to drink. It also has a good aftertaste and is very drinkable. I would buy this sake again.

Liquor stores at this time of year are delightful with the glamour of cherry blossoms. I bought a bottle of Tsuneyama's Kasumisake a while ago. Just like the label, it is fruity like cherry blossoms. It is refreshing and delicious. It was the sake I wanted to drink at the cherry blossom viewing party.

This was the first time I drank Tedorigawa's Hakusyu. It was so much better than expected that it may be the No. 1 of this year. Fresh, gassy, and fruity like a melon. It is not too sweet, and I never get tired of drinking it and can drink it more and more. This will be a repeat purchase over the holiday season.
