Sparkling Takeyuki. This sake is an attempt to be conscious of circulation, with a focus on the local Ibaraki area. It was very fresh, easy to drink, and slurpable. Slightly sweet and floral, it was the kind of sake that will definitely be popular. This is one I would like to repeat.

Record. Nigori by Miyazumi. From the moment the bottle was opened, it had a great fizzy feeling and was so fresh and full of flavor that I instantly became a fan of this sake. This was an encounter that was as good as the Hirotogawa nigori, which I will definitely buy again next season. Highly recommended!

This is from last year but a record. I had a bottle of Kangiku's Electric Chrysanthemum at the end of fall. I personally found Kangiku to be a little too sweet for my taste, but this one was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and juiciness. Combined with the beautiful label, it was a lovely sake.

It's from last year but a record. Yoshida Kurau's Hyakumangoku No Shiro. It is a modern Yamahai, which means it is soft and not hard to drink at all. It has acidity, but it is a clean and gentle sake, and it was delicious enough to be a topic of conversation.

Record. This is an unusual slope using pure Manzai rice from Futato, with a milling ratio of 70%. It was a very tasty sake, fresh and crisp. I also enjoyed the change in flavor as the day went on.

Records. This is the first Sasasamune I drank after being recommended by the waitress. First of all, I was surprised by the fizzy feeling that blew out when the bottle was opened. It was nigori, but it had a refreshing and umami flavor that I really liked. I liked it as much as Hirotogawa's nigori. I would like to drink a different type.

Nabeshima after a long time. Summer Moon, which I had a few years ago. Although it was alkaloids, there was nothing negative about it. It was fruity, but not too smooth. As one would expect from a stable Nabeshima. Finally, it's summer vacation. I want to enjoy drinking sake.

2022 SESSION3 by Musical Instrument Masamune. It is a special honjozo alto-soke, but low in alcohol and easy to drink. I thought it was a well-balanced sake, soft but with a good sharpness. The Musical Instrument Masamune is also not out of place.

Record. Kangiku no Hoshikai. It is a summer sake, but it is not thin and has a good balance of sourness and bitterness. It is sweet but not clingy, and has a strong and beautiful umami. It is indeed a beautiful sake. I want to drink a lot of summer sake. Two weekends are not enough.

Record. Ni-Rabbit Junmai SATIN. The beautiful blue color of the bottle gives it a summery feel, which is somewhat exciting. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and while it is not punchy, it has a nice sharpness and depth to it.

Senkori Sakura OHANAMI2022 We couldn't have hanami sake again this year, but we had hanami at home. Sakura by Sentori. It is lightly cloudy with a rounded flavor that has no corners and is not too sweet. The aroma is fruity and the taste is delicious, like a juice with just the right amount of bitterness.
