We stopped by Izumiya Okinawa store on this day, too. I told the clerk that I was leaving tomorrow. She said, "Oh, we will have 120 cases in stock tomorrow around 16:00. Unfortunately, I will be in Haneda by then 😭.
The sake I chose was Yamamoto Pure Black.
It's very orthodox except for that.
It is characterized by juicy acidity and sharpness, but it goes down your throat so well that you can't help but gobble it up. It is a sake to be savored slowly 😆.

It is a summer jungin, with a refreshing, yet rather core flavor.
I stopped by Izumiya again yesterday, and they are selling a lot of sake. The Tasake Yamahai Special that was available yesterday was sold out. Inside the store, you can have a corner and enjoy some snacks, and some customers are having a party 😄.

The bottle was finally opened after opening and closing it about five times. The bubbly and acidic taste makes it quite dry and firm. It has a sense of activity, completely different from the freshness of Toyooka.

I brought this bottle for drinking in the room because it was the first time for me to see this activated nigori.
The hotel fridge didn't allow for vertical placement, so I had it lying on its side and it started leaking through the hole in the cork💦.
So we had to drink it right away.
Slightly light, with a delicious chiri-chiri-chiri taste 😋.
It's rather thick, not light nigori. Slightly fruity and juicy! Nice 😊.
