Izumo Fuji Natsumo Special Junmai Unpasteurized Sake Sakonishiki 720ml Ingredient rice: 100% Sakonishiki produced in Izumo City (specially contracted rice) Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16%. Izumiya Okinawa Store, here I come! I asked them if they had Nabeshima Summer Moon, but they said that the shipping service had not arrived yet. Too bad 😢. Well, I got back on track and brought 3 bottles. We started with Summer Moon. I paired it with tuna, yushi tofu, mimigauro, and shimarakyo. It's not just a refreshing sake, it has a strong core!

Oroku Izumo Kojiya Junmai 60% Nigori 300ml Alcohol content 16.5 The bottle was finally opened after opening and closing it about five times. The bubbly and acidic taste makes it quite dry and firm. It has a sense of activity, completely different from the freshness of Toyooka. The fourth one is Nagosoba Marine Tei's meat soba. Come to think of it, we did not see Reimei anywhere this time. I asked the clerk at the liquor department of Liubo, and he told me to wait until the new factory is completed😅. Which is earlier than the scheduled completion of the Shuri Castle main hall in the fall of 2026 😆.

Houkou Dry Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama Rice: Hitogokochi Rice polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%. We received this bottle from Izumiya on Sunday. They said the next shipment would arrive on Tuesday. It will not be here until then, and the refrigerator in the store is running out of it. It came from Shinshu by boat. It is said to be dry, but the sake is refreshing, crisp, and still delicious 😋. Yesterday I went to the Motobu Yaedake Cherry Blossom Festival...the earliest cherry blossoms in Japan.

Garakudai - Kazahana - Active Nigori Nama 720ml Rice used: "Ipponshime" from Sado Island, Niigata Prefecture Alcohol content 14.5 I brought this bottle for drinking in the room because it was the first time for me to see this activated nigori. The hotel fridge didn't allow for vertical placement, so I had it lying on its side and it started leaking through the hole in the cork💦. So we had to drink it right away. Slightly light, with a delicious chiri-chiri-chiri taste 😋. It's rather thick, not light nigori. Slightly fruity and juicy! Nice 😊. Well, today's weather forecast is cloudy and rainy in the afternoon.

Oroku 80% Hachimaru 80% Polished Rice Unpasteurized Sake Izumiya Okinawa Store, set of 3 Kakunouchi I chose Oroku as the other sake. I wanted to drink something I had never had before, but there are only a limited number of stores that carry Oroku. The store has a large stock of Oroku in the fridge. It is not fluffy, but has a strong and slow flavor. I bought another kind of 300ml for drinking in the room.

Koshi Junmai Nama-nihonjacu Dai-harakuchi, freshly squeezed new sake Izumiya Okinawa Store, Kakunouchi 3-set Koshi was next. I don't think there was much gasiness left. Neither Teisho nor Kouko were in the store's fridge. I saw on the instagram that a lot of them had arrived on Tuesday, but the fridge in the store was pretty empty. Three overseas tourists were drinking more Shinmasa at the table in front of the cash register, so I guess sake is popular in Japan.

Teisho Toyoso Thanksgiving Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Tora Label This is a set of three kinds of sake. This is the first Teimatsu. It is quite fruity and light. Slightly floral, spreading softly. I'm not sure what the tiger label means, but is it a new sake? I guess it means 🤔.

Whenever I come to Okinawa, I always visit Izumiya Okinawa Store. This time, I found a Mori-ba-ri Gohyakumangoku sake ^ ^. It has a mild gaseous taste, a little sweetness, a freshness and a light umami taste that is just perfect during a meal✨.

Tenpyo Junmai Ginjo Akaban Omachi Shirotate Nama Shu 720ml Rice used: Akaban Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15%. This is the second time I have had Tensuke in a bottle. This time, this Shushitate Nama Sake is quite refreshing and has a soft and gentle sweetness. Well, I am going back to snowy Toyama. Tomorrow, I'll be back to work, but I doubt I'll be able to hand out any Chinsuko at work 💦.

Ohroku ★★★★★ Hachimaru Junmai Shokkumi 720ml 5/390 Rice polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content 17.5 Izumiya Okinawa store had very few Yongo bottles, but they had a wide variety of Oroku. I gave it 5 because it was so good. Clear and refreshing! Delicious. It goes perfectly with Okinawan raw tuna. On Sunday, I went to Shurijo Castle, which is under construction to be restored in 2026. It will be two years from now.

Jikin Kimoto Akaban Oucho Wooden Oke Hi-ire 720ml Izumiya Okinawa store, Kaku-uchi. Shinsei and Jikin can be selected from the stock of the day, but Jikin, this was the only one available today. Of course it was delicious, a moment of bliss. There was also a Hokuriku region drinking comparison set of three different types. Backward support, I like it.

Shinmasa Cosmos Label Junmai-shu 2022 Izumiya Okinawa Store, Kakunouchi. One glass is 600 yen. When I asked to take a picture, I was told to look at the bottles and drink. The refrigerator in the store was quite empty. The next shipment of sake is waiting at the port. He said that a lot of sake would be available on Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately 😢I will be back on Tuesday. I came here via Haneda, but everything was normal as if nothing had happened. Let's see, cosmos, fruity and this acidity, delicious. I was sweating so much walking here that I almost guzzled it down, but no, I had to take it slow💦.

At the corner of Izumiya Okinawa. Hachitan-Nishiki Unfiltered Nama is elegant, gently sweet and full-bodied. The aftertaste is completed with a lingering sourness ^_^. Gohyakumangoku Hi-ire is refreshing and dry in the present! Shinmasa Cosmos has a refreshing lactic aroma. The Shinsei Cosmos has a refreshing lactic acidity aroma and a refreshing sweetness like green unripe peaches. It is a pleasant sake with a lingering bitter aftertaste ^_^.

Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo 720ml Ingredients Rice (domestic), Koji rice (domestic) Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15%. We hesitated to choose this junmai daiginjo for the New Year's sake, but the oorigarami was so good that we decided to make a year-round junmai ginjo hi-ire-shu. However, it needs to be refrigerated. The fragrance of this sake is more gorgeous than that of the Origara-mi, but the aroma opens up as you drink it. It is also delicious ^ ^. Well, I'm going back to the cold snowy country today 😭

A-Sakura Azakura Super Mouth-watering Dry Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice: Akita Sake Komachi, 60% polished rice Yeast: Association 901 Alcohol level: 16.5 Sake meter meter: +10, Acidity: 1.8 It was drier than I expected, perhaps because I haven't had a dry sake recently. However, it might be better if it was as dry as this.
