Since the release of "Kanpokuto Honjozo Nama-shu" in 1985, the company has expanded its lineup to include ginjo, junmai ginjo, and daiginjo, and has won numerous awards at national sake competitions. In 2008, "Kanpokuto Ginjo-shu" was selected as the best sake in Japan at the National Sake Competition.
