I was healed from the driving fatigue by the Nagano Prefecture's Toyoka ✨.
Yamae Nishiki doesn't give me a dry image, but maybe that's because I have a strong impression of Shinshu Kamerei 🤔.

The sweetness is subdued and the umami is strong and sharp

7-Eleven Narusawa Store in Yamanashi Prefecture
This store has a great selection of local beer, whiskey, shochu, sake, and other alcoholic beverages 👀.
I've heard rumors, but they also carry Jyushidai and Tasake!
The prices are surprisingly high though 😱.
I bought a box with a four-pack of sake bottles with "Sake Lottery" handwritten on it!
I picked a box with the hope that if I won, there might be 🎯 Jyushiyo in it, but inside the box was a Houou Mita!
Well, it wasn't a miss 😅.
