kojickI usually go through at my usual liquor store. refrigerator in the Ohroku corner. I had never had a chance to take a good look at it, so on this day I took my time and looked around ✨. It was "溪" nigori, which means "mountain stream" in Japanese. It seems to be a sake with a warning to open the bottle, but it didn't spill. It opened without any spillage. ✌️ The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a great shuwashu🫧! The aroma is just a faint smell of cemedine. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity pops and disappears quietly. quietly fades away. Mixing the lees increases the flavor of the rice, but it's not too sweet The lingering taste is especially delicious🎶.

I was going to participate by myself, but I ran into a colleague from my office by chance. So 4 of us went 🙌! I ended up drinking Sentori's Modern Omachi✨ and and Jikin Hi-ire Tokujun✨. No pictures 😰. There was a long line at the Jikin booth before the event started! But I was able to drink it just before the end of the event. ✌️ One thing I regretted about this event The system was to get a wooden square at the reception and drink from it. but the aroma was all wooden 🙄 . Everyone seemed to disapprove of this, so I got a small plastic cup and drank from it. I was given a small plastic cup and drank from it. I got a small plastic cup and drank from it.
