I haven't had Koei Chrysanthemum for a while. Go to Iwase in Gotemba🚙💨 I got the twilight orange I was looking for and a new product from last year I got Bikun ✌️ Bikun made with Miyamanishiki ☁️ I was looking forward to it since I hadn't had it yet 🎶. The first sip was sweet! I think it is the sweetest Koueikiku ever! Not so much acidity and lingering sweetness. The soft sweetness lasts for a long time. It is different from the usual Kouei Kiku. It's like a dessert sake 🤔.

There is a lot of lees in this wine because it is called "Dobrok"! The bottle was opened with a splash without any spillage! Lactobacillus type aroma 🎶. It has a delicious flavor and a sourness that is typical of Senkyoku, with a pear-like flavor that is not too sweet 👍.

In March, I stopped by Matsuura Sake Shop when I had a lunchtime drink in Numazu. While I was strolling around the store, I found a bottle of Houraizumi on the shelf. I've been curious about Houraisen, but haven't had a chance to try it yet, so I'm happy to see it ✨. There are three kinds of sake: Sora, Bi, and Wa (Japanese). I was on a tight budget for Sora, so I bought Wa (Japanese). ✌️ It has a soft, sweet and delicious taste 🎶. It goes well with any meal because it goes down smoothly 👍. It goes well with any meal 👍

A bit late to the party, but Sentori is back in Edo ✨. This time it's a classic fire-roasted version of I-Shiki I was looking forward to it since it is rumored to be very tasty 🎶. When you pour it into a glass, it has a fizzy and bubbly 🫧 aroma reminiscent of lactic acid beverages 🎶. The aroma reminds me of a lactobacillus drink🎶. Low sweetness and refreshing sourness It's hard to describe the taste, but Delicious! No wonder it gets rave reviews for sure😊. I was able to buy the modern fire-brewed version, so I'd like to compare them. I'd like to compare the two ✌️

Checking in for the first time in a while😅 I've been a little under the weather and have been cutting back on my drinking. Nagi from Kangiku's OCEAN 99 series ✨. We had this last year and it's delicious👍. Pitchy and gassy 🫧 fresh Sweet and sour and bitter. I hear the specs have changed this time around, but it's still as delicious as last year✨.

Al-soaked daiginjo from Hato Masamune 🕊️ ✨ The chic label ❄️ is so out of character! Sweet, clear, and tasteless. It goes down smoothly 👍 It has a nice sharpness that is typical of Aruzoe, but it has a 17% alcohol content. It has 17% alcohol by volume, so it's dangerous if you get carried away 😅. This year, February 2 was Setsubun 👹. We have hand-rolled sushi every year! Not that we forgot, but we had some sake left in the fridge that we bought last year. It's not flashy, but it goes well with all kinds of food! It's a perfect food sake 🎶 that you can drink easily.

The nigori of the self ✨ I really wanted to try it this season. I tried to find a way to get it, and I got it. ✌️ The first ⭐Jikon no nigori ⭐and 2 bottles of ⭐Jikon no nigori Thanks to the perforated stopper, there was no spillage. Opened the bottle: ❕️ The fruity aroma is pleasant 🎶. It is not too sweet and has a great umami flavor. When you taste it thoroughly, you can also taste the bitterness. I've been wanting to drink Banshu Ikkenten ✨ since last year. I was thinking of buying it, but my daughter's club game took us to Hamamatsu 🚙. Speaking of Hamamatsu, the sake shop I visited before should carry it! It's close to the venue of the game, so I walked there to buy it 🚰. I found it lined up in the fridge and got it safe and sound! I got it safe and sound: ✌️ When you open the bottle, it smells like banana and melon 🎶. Melon taste in the mouth. The finish is crisp and delicious👍. It's not a sweet nigori.
