This is my first time to drink Miyagi Prefecture's Yamawa.
I thought it was Sanwa, but it turned out to be Yamawa😅.
I had a Junmai Daiginjo recommended by the booth owner.
which was recommended by the guy at the booth!
It's a beautiful sake that goes down so smoothly ✨.

I've had this a few times before, so I thought I'd take a look back at some of my past posts.
I've had it a few times, so I looked back at the past posts and it was the first time I had it.
Miyamanishiki was the first time I drank it.
It has a strong sweetness, but also has a tartness that is refreshing!

Before the event started, I saw Akabu booth had "Soul No Daikyo" so I had my second glass of Akabu ✨.
So I went to Akabu ✨ for my second glass.
There was quite a long line, but I got in line and waited for my turn.
I was waiting for my turn in line when I heard a voice saying "Soul no Taigyo is finished" 😭I cried and cried.
I was crying and chose Junmai Ginjo.
The lady at Akabu is cute ✨

This is my first time drinking Kaze no Mori Aizan!
This sake is made with 80% polished rice and No.7 yeast.
Very clear and clean ✨
It has a juicy sweetness like grapes 🍇.
The sweetness is typical of Aizan 👍
