This is another summer sake.
It was crisp and dry, not my favorite, but dry enough to drink well. It is a sake that has a "Gohyakumangoku" taste.
Maybe I'm becoming more tolerant of dry sake.
It tastes amazing with a refreshing acidity. I didn't know malic acid was like this.
It tastes like a summer sake!
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
100% Snow Goddess
Full of freshness like an unfiltered unpasteurized sake!
The refreshing acidity is very tasty!
It's not the sweet sake that's all the rage these days, but rather a fresh, crisp sake with a refined acidity.
The ginjo aroma is not that strong.
A sweet and delicious atmosphere spreads. The sweetness is a little stronger than the umami, and it is not too dry. The flavor is quite juicy. When you taste it carefully, you will notice a slight sourness in the aftertaste, like lactic acid.
It may not be surprising, but it is still delicious!
It was easy to drink and went down easy.
It's the only drink of the day that I don't remember much about, so I guess it's not that distinctive.
Maybe I was just drunk.
This is banana incense.
It's light and sweet.
So much for the aroma. It's refreshing and seems to have a mixed reputation.
Tasty, but not surprisingly so.
Some kind of powderiness in the aftertaste? I don't know.
When I put my nose close to it, the first thing I smelled was the aroma of ginjo.
When I drank it, it was sweet and fruity. There was not much acidity and a little bitterness in the aftertaste.
Fresh and delicious!
