The ginjo aroma is amazing!
The mouthfeel is very fruity. But it is not unpleasantly sweet. Refreshing sweetness.
But still juicy and firm. I love it!
The aftertaste was very sharp. It was dry. Maybe it was too cold.
But there is umami in it.
I think it would be better as a food sake.
Three days after opening the bottle
The spikes are gone and it has become round. It has blossomed.
It became easier to drink and juicy and fruity.
Hi kousuke 😃It's a series of Saitama sake 🍶! Spring sasanami...is it sweet...I chose "Misaki" pure daigin from the same Asahara sake brewery after much hesitation. I'll try it next time.
Sake made with Hatsushimo rice
It was made as a food sake, and it is indeed dry and sharp.
It is indeed dry and sharp, but the alcohol taste was a little strong.
I didn't like it.
