I went to my parents' house for the first time in a while, and for some reason there were several bottles of Kikusui, so I got some. I also got a bottle of shochu.

Purchased at Nagano Station MIDORI Shinshu Kurado. Kikusui, a rare sake from Nanshin. It is also famous for its significant contribution to the revival of Takananishiki. It is a refreshing sake, which is rare among recent Shinshu sake, with a rich taste of rice, a little sweetness, and a crisp finish. It is delicious. It is best when paired with oyaki.
